The villa, approximately 210 m², features on the first floor a living room of about 60 m² with a wall-mounted TV and stereo system, double exposure, an indoor dining area, and a second outdoor dining area under an awning.
A hallway leads to 4 bedrooms—2 with double beds and 2 with 2 single beds, one of which has an en-suite shower room and another with a TV—as well as a bathroom with a toilet and a separate toilet, large closets in the bedrooms and access to an air-conditioned staircase leading to the first floor, which opens onto a walk-in closet connected to a bedroom/office with a single bed, a bedroom with a double bed, a wall-mounted TV, a stereo system, a small refrigerator, an espresso machine, and a shower room with a toilet; it offers a beautiful view of the lake and excellent insulation. A separate bedroom on the left terrace with outdoor access features a large double bed, a shower room, and a toilet. The overall decor is contemporary yet classic. Linens are provided with the villa rental, along with ample tableware to accommodate more than 50 guests, folding chairs, and garden and pool furniture on the terraces. Two travel cribs for babies and one additional folding guest bed are available.
The rental includes 3 hours of housekeeping per week.
