Over 900 square feet of completely renovated and fully furnished living space including 2 bedrooms with possibility of sleeping 6 people, 1 bath and an open floor plan with kitchen and living room combination. Interior has a rustic finish and decor with comfortable furnishings and a welcoming atmosphere.

This was a cozy and clean space. The area was extremely peaceful. We had enjoyed looking out on the back deck at the pond. And being able to see a couple cows from the living room. Highly recommend.

Cozy and relaxing

Everything we needed for a relaxing overnight stay! Property was clean and as described in listing. Kitchen supplies were stocked. Beds were comfortable and would definitely stay again!

Hunting cab

The perfect cabin for a weekend in Quincy. The host was incredibly accommodating, above and beyond. We had enough room for three adults. All the amenities you would expect and need. Close enough to town and also far enough away. We will definitely be going back.

Thanksgiving getaway

Our family stayed two nights while in Quincy to see family for an early Thanksgiving and everything was wonderful! So cozy and relaxing! Close enough to Broadway but out enough for quiet surroundings! We will definitely be back when in Quincy again!

Girls Annual Weekend

We loved the home it had everything we needed. We even spoke to Mike and he was very accommodating. He gave us other suggestions as well what was happeningin the area for the weekend. It was easy to check in and check out. I would book again if I am in the area!

Peaceful cabin

This cabin was in a very quiet area and we enjoyed sitting on the back deck looking at the pond nearby. It was very clean and had everything in the kitchen so we could cook our meals. The host was very friendly and was easy to communicate with.

Well done rustic cabin in a quiet setting. Mostly Accessible with an entry ramp, wide doors and hallways for those of us who roll from place to place. We really enjoyed our time here.

Restful!

We enjoyed our stay while in town to visit our dad at the VA Home in Quincy. The house was cute and immaculately clean. The layout has an open feel. The bathroom is spacious. It is a 5 hour trip down from where we live, so we left here feeling rested and invigorated. We met the owners who are wonderful. We will be back!

Beautiful

The house is so adorable, well taken care of, clean and cozy. I would definitely stay again if I was in the area. We stayed due to my grandson's wrestling sectionals being in Quincy. The only negative is that it is very close to two other houses- I thought it was more remote than it is- but it didn't bother us.

I have family in Quincy Illinois and we normally stay at a hotel, however I have found the hotels are often hit or miss in cleanliness or safety. (Some local hotels are seedy and allow indoor smoking) We decided to rent this charming a frame and it did not disappoint! It was spotless, orderly, very well stocked with needed items-towels, sheets, paper towels, toilet paper, basic condiments, soap, etc. It was in a very quiet setting with a lovely pond out back. Nice front and back porch for relaxing-nice bedding, very nice furniture, lighting-its a great place for people to visit you also. Washer and dryer in the unit is amazing! This unit would be great for someone that needs assistance from a wheelchair or walker as all the doors and areas are easily accessible for impaired visitors-including a ramp out front. The host Mike is very nice, helpful, and accommodating. This cute place was minutes off of Broadway, so its easy to get to great dining or shopping options. This was an excellent value and was by far the best place we have ever stayed in Quincy-easily one of the top 3 places we have stayed overall. I highly recommend it of you are looking for a quiet place that is well appointed and convenient. I will never stay anywhere else in Quincy if I have a choice.

Great little get-away close to home. Love the Cabin look & feel~!

We love going to Quincy IL and we needed a little break, so when I saw this cute place on-line, it was PERFECT! It was a "gift" to my husband for Christmas, just to get away for a night. I had been wanting to stay in a "cabin" sort of place & this was pretty much what I was looking for. I so wish the weather would have been a bit nicer so that we could have sat on the front or back porch areas & admired the outdoors, but it was below freezing temps w/ blowing snow that weekend. To have a nice, warm place to bundle up in was just what we needed. The place is nicely decorated, very clean & cozy! The bed was comfortable & the couches were as well. We didn't need to cook or utilize the washer & dryer, but it is nice to know that we could have if we had needed to do so. It was very close to all the places that we like to go to when we visit Quincy. I highly recommend this cozy A-frame! Go check it out.

Great place to stay!!

We were really pleased with the little A-Frame. The living room was warm and inviting and so comfortable. Anything that we could have wanted was provided. We hope to make this trip again next year and will definitely stay here again!

Quaint and cozy

The property was beautiful. The cottage was clean and cozy. The manager was friendly. I did think it would be a bit more private. Even tho it said country setting, and it is, it is located in with a row of houses. However i would highly recommend if you aren't looking for total privacy.
