Emma and guests were excellent guests. The property was left clean and tidy snd house rules were followed. I highly recommend this group to other hosts.

We had a great experience at this place. Fishing off the dock was a nice tough. Spacious living space that easily accommodated our group of 8 and its close to the Pinery and Grand Bend.

This was our first booking through VRBO, and I cannot say enough what a fantastic experience it was for us. The property was exactly as advertised and the no fuss check in and check out was ideal. Our rooms were meticulously clean and lots of games to keep us entertained (on top of a large screen TV and app selection). Our dogs, who are moving into their senior years navigated the cottage without an issue. The cottage is close to everywhere in Grand Bend and the location is in a very comfortable community. This was a quick getaway for Thanksgiving and everything was there for us to host this for our small family unit. Thank you for this ideal retreat.

Beautiful property on a quiet street. Details like fresh flowers greeting you at the door and pet friendly. Families with children will find toys and books as well as outdoor equipment a spacious home with ample outdoor spaces to enjoy. Dog bed, toys, treats and dishes a welcome surprise for someone who only travels with our dogs. Trudy was very responsive to any questions an amazing host. We truly enjoyed our stay, thank you for hosting us!

Fantastic stay close to the Pinery and Grand Bend. Very quiet location in a residential neighbourhood. Beds are very comfy. Clean and has everything you'll need. We enjoyed kayaking on the river. Plenty of lifejackets in all sizes. The stairs are steep to the main living, kitchen, and bedroom areas but there is a baby gate at the top to keep your kids or pet from going down. Overall we loved our stay and plan to go back next summer!

Super spot

This property was everything it promised , great location , lots to do in the surrounding area.It's in a great quiet neighborhood, the perfect spot to unwind and relax .We definitely go back.

Trudy was very responsive to questions. Great location to spend with family. Lots of space for everyone. We enjoyed using the kayaks to explore the Ausable River. Lots to do in the area.

We enjoyed a quick winter getaway with our family and dog...Fantastic location (close to the Pinery) and lots of space with all the finishing touches like games and dart board to make a great, memorable family getaway. Trudy was an incredible host and was very responsive. Would highly recommend and would love to stay again in a heartbeat. 5 stars.

Fun Family Vacation

The property exterior was great for yard games, camp fires, and dock fishing. The cottage had plenty of space for our family(4adults/5kids). The area was great for close proximity day trips to the beach and other attractions. The cottage was stocked with all necessities and communication was prompt when needed.

Excellent cottage

Excellent cottage. It is very hard to find a rental that is kid and dog friendly. Had everything a family could need look forward to coming back

Peaceful & Quiet

The cottage was a very peaceful setting and it was a great central location to explore the Grand Bend / Pinery area. Enjoyed many bonfires in the backyard.

Lovely home away from home

The cottage was very clean, comfortable and homey. It was just a short drive to hiking trails and the beach as well as Grand Bend shops. We enjoyed our stay. Our only concern was not having handy contact information for our hosts in case of emergency.

Grand Bend/Pinery Provincial Park Vacation

Very roomy cottage with lots of room 3 plus families. Great yard with lots of room for outdoor activities. Very close to the town of Grand Bend for dining as well as the beach. Our group preferred the "Dog Beach" at the Pinery since my daughters brought their dogs. The Pinery Provincial Park is also a very scenic park with a great beach!

John and his family were the perfect guests. They left the property spotless and followed all house rules. We had great communication with them would definitely host them again. We highly recommend them to other hosts!!
