This was such a lovely home, very clean, comfortable, great set up, close to so many cool places to eat and relax. The trail that runs behind the house is beautiful and is a short walk to Dickson Street and UArk. The hosts were so nice, leaving snacks and a gift upon our arrival, which was such a nice surprise after traveling. We would definitely stay again. A BIG thank you to our hosts for sharing their beautiful home with us.

Thank you so much — this review made us smile! We love that you got to explore the trail and make it down to Dickson Street. The welcome gifts are our little way of saying 'glad you're here,' so it means a lot that it landed after a long travel day. You're welcome back anytime — the snacks will be waiting!

Great Property

The property was absolutely amazing. Large enough to hold multiple families, but small enough to feel like home. The space is new, clean and very homey. We loved it so much we’ve already booked our second trip in.

This place was absolutely gorgeous. It had everything we could have possibly needed and more. It was the cleanest place I’ve ever stayed in. Walking distance to several places and minutes to the University. I only wish it hadn’t rained during our stay so we could have taken advantage of the back porch. Overall I was extremely impressed! I would definitely want to stay here again next time I’m in town.

Tessa Frisco trail absolutely FANTASTIC

Was in town for nephew's wedding. The place was immaculate, and well equipped, easy to find and located within walking distance to local places. Deck was great place to kill time before wedding! So comfortable and bathrooms were big, well stocked and numerous! Can't think of even one bad thing!!!

Daughters b day

The house is exactly as described…very pretty. It was clean, lots of space and well equipped. The beds are very comfortable. The garage was great to be able to park in it. It has 2 thermostats that control each level which is fabulous. The outside is amazing…we will be back when it’s warmer. I would definitely stay here again!!! Great location too.

Hosts Thought of Everything!

Wow! As soon as we entered the beautiful house, we instantly felt right at home. It is well thought out, clean, and very welcoming with popcorn and wine waiting for us on the counter. We loved the relaxing and comfortable outdoor space with the tv. The couches and beds were also super comfortable. Towels were thick and luxurious, too. Location is right near many restaurants and shops, as well as right along the Fayetteville bike/walk path. Hosts also provided paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper etc which was nice, so we didn’t have to run to Walmart for any of those items. We will definitely look forward to booking here again! Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Fayetteville

Our family met in Fayetteville over the July 4th holiday for a one week gathering. We had 6 adults and 2 children, ages 3 and 5 in our group. This property is ideally situated in Fayetteville--it's literally next to the Frisco trail system and is within walking distance of dining, Walmart, Walgreens, and Arsaga's coffee is just across the street! During football season you could easily walk to the stadium/campus as well. The property had plenty of room for us and the beds are very comfortable (all king size beds). Each bedroom also has it's own bathroom and plenty of storage area. There's also a very nice outdoor area for hanging out--we spent hours lounging outside in this comfortable area. Overall, this was a great place to stay and we'll definitely look for availability on future trips to Fayetteville.
