The house was very clean and has everything that we need. Although it is by the main street it was rather quiet. Parking was not the easiest but we have had worst at other places. The host was very attentive and provided great communication throughout. All in all we are very happy with our stay and would not hesitate to come back.

Paula was a great host very welcoming. Beautiful house and great location not too far from town with free parking, had options to jump on the scooter to save parking fee if there is one nearby.

Good location, very practical

Communication with hosts was excellent, and needs were well provided for. The location is within walking distance of city centre. It was always possible to find a park nearby, although parking was tight.

Actually is cosy

The studio was great! The studio flat has everything you need for a short stay, the smart toilet was a surprising highlight we all enjoyed :) It is very close to a playground too and the CBD, so very convenient. We'd love to stay here again.

ChCh visit to see family and friends .The Unit was ideal for our needs ,very well equiped, lovely and clean in a great location.We had very good communications and woul highly recommend it and intend to return.

Comfy, modern apartment close to the action. We had everything we needed and enjoyed our stay. We will definitely be booking again in future. :)

Great bolt hole

I’ll second the previous review which said‘a well considered apartment’ ..everything u need is here. Great spot to rest up. Good comms via email too. I flew from cairns and had my daughter stay on the pull out sofa bed, functional and well located with good service from the host agency.

Great apartment in good location

Very well thought out and set up. This is not your average rental apartment. The owner has gone to extra lengths to make it homely with added extras you don’t often find in other VRBO properties. Highly recommended

Modern living

Very central but surprisingly very little traffic noise at night. Well appointed for short stay. Parking on street isn’t great but we knew the situation before arrived. Tightly packed in units with limited privacy which is becoming popular. Not ideal for everyone. Overall though a nice little place

Highly recommend this property! The place was exceptionally clean and neat, and the location is incredibly accessible. What stood out the most was how easily reachable the property staff were—they responded to our messages right away. Had a fantastic stay!
