This place was better than it even shows in photographs. As a super host myself, this is top-tier. Location is ideal, cost despair, the house lives graciously and provides a space for everybody to settle in.

The Lazy Palm was perfect for our family vacation! There were lots of great spaces to gather and spend time together, while still having plenty of room to spread out and relax. It’s just a five-minute walk to the beach and conveniently located near the Wild Dunes restaurants. We absolutely loved our stay and would definitely recommend The Lazy Palm!

The Lazy Palm was the perfect place for our family. It was clean and well stocked. The kids (and adults too) loved the pool and the easy access to the beach. We would definately go back again!

Awesome

The house was great - perfect for a stay with grandparents and our family. Lots of open spaces and good size bedrooms. Backyard was also perfect and the garage hangout room was very cool. Would love to stay again!

Wonderful Times at Lazy Oalm

This house is truly a 4 minute walk to a very nice spot on the beach. It also met our needs well for spreading out with the screen porch, pool and great room.
Pool perfect when traveling with small kids.

Family Reunion

My family met up for a long weekend and The Lazy Palm was the perfect spot! Close to the beach, a private plunge pool in the yard, and plenty of room in the house for our big family!

The house was clean and comfortable, a 4-minute walk to the beach, and the beds were comfortable. There were a couple sets of short stairs to get to the beach, which meant we ended up driving there with our kids since we couldn't get the beach buggy up and down the stairs. You can still walk but it's a much longer walk to avoid the stairs. We had a few maintenance issues during our stay. There are skylights directly over the master beds, which is not good placement. They have shutters that are normally closed to block out the light, but one of them was broken, so the first night we had to sleep with the skylight open, which wasn't ideal. The next day there was an ant infestation that started that lasted our whole trip. At one point, there were probably 30 ants crawling all over the bathroom. There were ants in every bathroom and the living room where our baby was crawling. They brought store-bought ant traps but we weren't happy with that as a resolution to the issue. We couldn't leave any of our toiletries in the bathrooms. The last two days we had intermittent high-pitched sounds coming from the bathroom off the living room, which was very bothersome. We told the management company about that, but they didn't try to fix it or even come investigate it. Having paid so much money to stay here for a week didn't feel great when we ended up having to manage all these issues. It was also frustrating when it felt like some of the issues were ignored or not managed properly.

We appreciate the feedback. During the stay, our team visited the property multiple times. We secured the skylight shutter, treated the doors to address the squeaking, and applied treatments to the bathroom window seals to help with the ants. Since the ants persisted despite the initial treatment, professional pest control was scheduled to address the problem.

Spectacular, family-friendly oasis close to the beach

We had a wonderful experience with this property. House was well-organized, communication was great, and the design and amenities were excellent. We would love to stay here again.

Wonderful Beach Getaway

We had a wonderful time in Isle of Palme. There was plenty of activities and beautiful surroundings. The house was gorgeous and very conveniently located to the beach and restaurants. The pool was a great addition after the beach to cool off! The accommodations couldn’t have been better! We highly recommend a visit with family or friends.

We had a great stay at The Lazy Palm! The house was very clean and well equipped. The location is great…just a quick 4-minute walk to the beach! We really enjoyed hanging out in the pool in the evenings after being at the beach all day!

Great stay!

The house was perfect! Beach access right next to the house. A block off the ocean. Plenty of room for everyone to spread out. The basement room is such a great space. The pool is well maintained. There are plenty of kitchen items! We will definitely return to this rental!!! Steven and Sarah were so nice, professional, accommodating, and quick to respond. Thank you for making our family getaway memorable!!

Awesome for our family

We stayed for spring break with our family, 4 kids ages 3-8, and had a great time. The house is extremely clean, well decorated, comfortable and accommodating. I’d recommend staying here for family or couples vacation. All around a great house, we’ll be back!

Fabulous Home!

Wonderful time at the Lazy Palm! Beautifully decorated, spacious rooms, great kitchen and soooo clean! Towels and linens were fresh. Nicely stocked kitchen and bathroom. We really enjoyed the pool and screened in porch. Would definitely come back!

Beautiful/very clean/comfortable

We have had the most wonderful stay! This home is just perfect! The furnishings and decor are so beautiful! We hardly wanted to leave during our stay and we were more than a little sad to have to go home. If we could give this rental more than 5 stars we would. We can’t wait to come back!

Beautiful home

This house was great! It was in a quiet neighborhood and short walking distance to the beach. There was a storm and the pool and yard was cleaned up the next morning while we were at lunch. Owner was prompt and helpful with anything needed. Would stay here again!

Beautiful house

We loved our stay at the lazy palm! The house was more than expected. Most times the pictures are better then the house but in this case the house is better then the pictures. Very clean and spacious.

Every room was obsessively clean, every amenity we needed was at our fingertips. We will definitely be back!

We had a perfect stay! Every room was obsessively clean, and we appreciated having 3 full bathrooms for our girls trip. Every amenity we needed was at our fingertips, from having all kitchen utensils and gadgets we needed, to the comfy patio furniture and beach chairs. The quick 5 minute walk to the beach was super convenient. We will definitely be back!

Family Vacation

Beautiful home! Lots of room! Loved the side porch for morning coffee. Close walk to beach and pool was nice in evening while grilling out! We golfed at Wild Dunes, rode bikes a lot, Played tennis and pickle ball. Great Family time!!
