Historic home with a modern touch within walking distance to downtown and minutes to the shores of Georgian Bay and Blue Mountain resort.

Inside you will find a welcoming living room with a gas fire place, an eat in kitchen equipped with a gas stove. Office space, full bathroom and laundry facilities complete the main floor. Upstairs there are two bedrooms and a luxurious 4 piece bathroom with a soaker jetted tub. There are two great outdoor decks for relaxing and the whole house is yours.

We really appreciated how clean and organized everything was. The house was well equipped with an iron and steamer, a foot stool and even a guitar! Loved that the coffee pods were available for us to use. So close to downtown. We didn’t have to worry about driving. The alleyway for the backyard parking was a bit tricky to find. Glad Dane gave us good directions. Dane was excellent to deal with and very accommodating. Definitely would recommend this home!

We came for a Cheerleading competition and it was so nice to have a warm cozy place to come “home” to each night! Everything we needed was there! Thank you!

Excellent stay. House was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. Nice backyard deck for relaxing outside. Location was perfect for walking to restaurants, shopping and events. We would definitely stay again. Our host was responsive and very helpful.

Wonderful stay!

This house was a home away from home and impeccably decorated on the inside. The beds were comfortable and the hosts left a nice bottle of wine for us on our arrival. The bathrooms were spacious and clean and we enjoyed the jacuzzi tub in the bathroom. We would definitely stay again!

Great place to stay

We really liked the house- it was very spacious, clean and very we stocked. It’s a great location and walking distance to everything you need and a short drive to ski. Will be back!

Great weekend away

We all enjoyed our stay at this lovely, centrally located home. It had all the amenities we needed and made for a great place to watch a movie and relax after a busy day at the beach and in town! Short walk to the trails, downtown Collingwood and the lake.

Check-in was simple, with hear to follow instructions and information provided before we arrived.The house was very well maintained, clean, and had all the amenities we needed. The kitchen was great with all the appliances, kitchenware and space we needed (and then some).We really enjoyed our stay and if we are in the area we would definitely stay again.

It was a pleasure staying here to rest after a day of activities in the blue mountain resort. Dane was very responsive and our entire stay was just smooth - our dogs enjoyed it very much too!

The house is perfect, clean, just a few minutes away from Collingwood town center. Dane was responsive and helpful before and during our stay. Definitely recommend it!

Perfect place

Booked this for a winter weekend getaway. This place looks even better in person than the photos listed. Great location, very comfortable, perfect amenities, details listed are accurate. Host was fantastic communicating check-in info and other little details. Loved chilling with my friends beside the fireplace, we left agreeing that we want to revisit in the summer.

Excellent operator

Dane is excellent to talk with and deal with. We really enjoyed our stay. The house has a lot of objects in it so you must be pet smart. I would recommend this place as you can walk everywhere with great restaurants all close.

Amazing house for a getaway!

Dane's house was beautifully decorated and very spacious. Great location close to blue mountain and popular activities. Dane was a very responsive host and provided lots of helpful material at the house. Very clear directions and information all around. Will definitely be staying here again! Best place to stay and even pet friendly! 10/10 recommend

Amazing stay!

Dane was prompt in his communication and accommodating with our early check in request. Check in was seamless and he even left a little note and a bottle of wine for us - which was really tasty! The property was very clean and well stocked. 10/10 recommend. Thank you Dane!
