We had a fantastic stay in Middleton. The house was so well equipped and in a lovely location. We were able to really relax and enjoy our time. There were many thoughtful touches and Michelle was prompt and friendly in her communication. Highly recommended.

An excellent house for us to stay in for our golf weekend. The place was perfect all the amenities were great. We will definitely rebook and recommend this as a place to stzy

Very clean and presented accommodation. House had great facilities. And as the weather wasnt the best, the games etc provided at the accommodation ensured we were all kept busy

Beachside getaway

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Beach House! Michelle’s communication was prompt and thoughtful and the amenities were fantastic. We will definitely stay again!

Brilliant!!!

We had a great stay over the weekend. The house has plenty of space for 14 guests and is very well equipped with everything you need. Looking forward to staying again.

Sensational stay

The beach house was absolutely beautiful. There was plenty of room for all of us. The rooms are just as nice as the pictures. Michelle was a perfect host and very responsive.

Beautiful spacious house

Loved every minute of our stay at the Beach House. We had a large group and there was plenty of room for everyone. The house had everything we could possibly need for a great stay. Michelle is the best host ever, can't wait to go back!

Great Birthday/ Family Holiday

This was our first stay at the property and we had a wonderful time - it was perfectly suited to our stay and family size/ ages. It was clean and well kept, but still felt really comfortable and child appropriate. Being across from the park was an added bonus! We will definitely be back!

Extended family stay

Accommodation, location and facilities were all fabulous. Would highly recommend for an extended family / friend get-away. The bottom floor was great for the teens to hang out together and the park across the road allowed all the kids to run off some energy. Host was very responsive - thanks Michelle!

Fabulous Family Getaway

Fantastic, spacious property. So many spaces to relax for our family group of 8. We enjoyed using the fire pit roasting marshmallows under the stars. Great BBQ facilities made cooking for a group easy. Great big kitchen with everything you need to cook up a storm. Lots of crockery, platters glassware etc Instant hot water meant we never ran out of hot water for our showers which was bliss. I accidentally left an item there and our host Michelle graciously posted it back to me. Communication with Michelle was very quick and very accommodating. Thanks so much we would definitely stay again.

Slight hiccup when we arrived as house was not yet cleaned due to system error but that didn’t stop me giving this beautiful house a 5 star stay! It’s a few streets away from the beach, still not warm enough for swimming but the sunset was amazing! It’s such a beautiful big house with lovely touches. There was 14 of us and we comfortably all fit in for my 40th birthday. Large space with huge lounge and dining table with all amenities including plates, platters, glasses, coffee and tea. Front and back of house decking is amazing! WiFi worked perfectly. Highlight for me was I enjoyed the space with my closest friends and family for a milestone birthday… which turned into a surprise proposal! Memories were made in this home!! Thank you Michelle you catered to our every need. I highly recommend this space if you need to fit a large crowd!
