The property is perfectly located with many restaurants and cafes in short walking distance. The pool was wonderful and the beach is extremely close. The host was very responsive and check-in/out was a breeze. We will be coming back!

The condo was beautifully decorated, spacious, nicely stocked (including a few surprises for our kids!) and with balcony views of the sunrise on the beach as well as the sunset over the canal on the other side.

Beach view was great, only inconvenience was that on Saturday we had to buy a guest pass to the pool, even tho we went Friday and Sunday without. It doesn’t make sense.

Our stay was amazing from beginning to end. This host was very good with communication, on top of every detail from time of booking to checking out. The condo was stunning and location couldn’t have been any better; steps to the beach. The pool and hot tub with ocean views were the picture of paradise complete with efficient pool attendants. There are several delicious restaurants within walking distance and plenty of shuttles available for exploring the vibrant Las Olas scene a short drive away. Highly recommend this condo and host!

We enjoyed 5 nights in this lovely condo while in town for the Miami Grand Prix. Our family group included 5 adults and 1 infant. Communication with the host was excellent both before and during our stay. The unit is very well stocked, including essentials like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, sunscreen and amenities such as sand toys, a box fan, a pack and play, and additional blankets/pillows. The unit was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is beautiful and we took advantage of the many amenities such as the beach chairs/umbrellas, pool, gym, and restaurants. Checking in/out was smooth and the staff of the W were very accommodating. We rented a crib and high chair from Babyquip, and had no issues with delivery or return of the items. Overall, it was a wonderful family vacation in a lovely condo, at an excellent location, close to a drug store, shops and restaurants. Highly recommend.

Main pool closed the whole 2 weeks during our rental. Smaller pool and beach had no available chairs, completely full and crowded all the time. Yet, I still had to pay full price against the resort fee, daily. Disappointed

Stay far away from this property and host. This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had traveling with my family. We stayed here during Mother’s Day weekend for my 50th birthday with my wife and three young children. The listing was very misleading. It specifically stated “pool, pool, hot tub, W amenities,” which naturally led us to believe we would have access to the W Hotel pool amenities. After arriving, we were informed that we only had access to the residence pool and that using the W Hotel pool would cost an additional 150 per person. When I showed the property manager the listing, he became dismissive and difficult, insisting that the W Hotel had nothing to do with the condo and telling me to contact VRBO.Things got much worse once we entered the condo. The beds appeared to have simply been remade rather than properly cleaned. The decorative pillows were stained and smelled. The sleeping pillows also had a strong odor. The white couch was heavily stained and filthy as well. I immediately contacted the host and sent photos because he initially did not believe me.Only after involving VRBO on a conference call did the host agree to send someone over. During that call, the host became extremely unprofessional and actually hung up on me while VRBO was on the line. A woman arrived about two hours later, replaced the sheets, and removed the stained pillow shams. When I showed her the couch, admitted it was dirty will tell owner to chan
