Hi Karin, we want our guests to enjoy a peaceful and well-supported stay, so we’re sorry to hear that wasn’t your experience this time. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following:- We did have renters in one of the other units who reported no late-night activity, but we later discovered the noise was caused by a maintenance rope that had blown loose and was tapping against the canal side of the house. The issue has since been resolved.- We’ve scheduled a fireplace technician to take a look, as the controls were tampered with and no longer functioned through the wall switch as intended.- Our local contact re-cleaned the toilet and delivered extra toilet paper during your stay.
