With two spacious living areas, a gourmet kitchen, hot tub, and views of Breckenridge Ski Resort, this home combines luxury with one of the best locations in town.

Please note that this home is a duplex and shares a wall with an attached unit.

Proximity: This home sits directly across from the BreckConnect Gondola, offering direct access to Peaks 7 and 8 at the Breckenridge Ski Resort. Downtown Breckenridge is just 0.9 miles away for those who prefer to walk into town.

Kitchen: The open-concept kitchen is fully stocked and features an oversize island with a 4-person breakfast bar. Enjoy cooking with top-of-the-line Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, a 6-burner gas range, and all the cookware you'll need including a crock pot, and blender. Whether preparing a casual breakfast or a holiday dinner, this chef's kitchen has you covered.

Dining Room: Adjacent to the kitchen, the dining room features vaulted ceilings, expansive windows with electric shades, and a formal dining table for 6. Sliding doors lead directly to the main deck for easy indoor-outdoor flow.

Living Room: On the main level, the family room centers around a modern gas fireplace and breathtaking views of Breckenridge Ski Resort. Oversize windows fill the space with light, while a large flatscreen TV makes for the perfect movie night setting.

Family Room: The downstairs family room offers an additional gathering space with a full-size couch, flatscreen TV, mini-fridge, and bar, ideal for families, friends, or a casual movie night.

• Primary Bedroom (Main Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, fireplace, desk, electric blinds, private balcony, and en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, double sinks, and walk-in closet.
• Second Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, closet, shares bathroom with Bedroom 3.
• Third Bedroom (Lower Level): King bed, flatscreen TV, closet, direct access to shared bathroom with Bedroom 2.
• Fourth Bedroom (Lower Level): 2 Twin bunk beds, each with retractable reading light, wall-mounted flatscreen TV, and adjacent bathroom with walk-in shower.

Outdoor Spaces: Enjoy a north-facing deck off the dining room with outdoor seating and a gas grill, perfect for morning coffee or summer barbecues. On the lower patio, soak in the 6-person hot tub or relax by the outdoor fireplace with ski resort views.

Laundry: The home includes a full laundry room with a new washer and dryer, iron, and ironing board.

Heated Garage: Parking for two vehicles in the heated garage ensures easy access and plenty of gear storage. There is also room for 2 additional vehicles in front of the garage.

Please note: The private Shock Hill Gondola stop has seasonal closures, typically from mid April - July and again from September - November, or until the ski resort opens for the winter. The gondola is generally open during July and August for summer operations. Located in Breckenridge's premier Shock Hill neighborhood, this home offers rare access to the town's groomed Nordic trail system and close proximity to the gondola for effortless downhill skiing. Skip the lines and step outside to explore miles of scenic, lift-free terrain ideal for cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, and peaceful winter outings. While the Nordic trails and ski resort sit side by side, they are separate systems — giving you the best of both worlds: quiet, endurance-based recreation and fast access to the mountain. In warmer months, these same trails become a network for hiking and biking, making this a true year-round launch point for mountain adventure.

Alpine Edge provides essentials for a weekend stay, including paper towels, dish soap, a new sponge, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, hotel-style toiletries, and extra rolls of toilet paper. Fresh pressed linens and towels are provided, including extra towels for the hot tub. This home is not pet-friendly.

4WD/AWD/Traction Devices are highly recommended during the winter months. We recommend referring to the Colorado Department of Transportation Traction Laws before arriving in Summit County. We are located in a high alpine environment where variable conditions may exist. Tire traction devices are also highly recommended as heavy snowfall is expected from November to May.
