Great location for our needs. Lots of room for 7 people. Very comfortable home. Although the arcade was not something we were interested in we had a lot of fun playing with the games in the heated garage.

Will rent again

Six adults went to stay for two nights for a 40th bday. Was a quick walk to the beach and restaurants. The house was spotless and had everything you could need. AND the game room is an extra bonus! I would recommend this to anyone!

Nice place. Game room was fun. Gift basket was nice. Several minor things were broken (towel rack, BBQ lid, oven timer) and the patio door didn't lock.

Thanks so much for staying with us and for sharing your feedback! We really appreciated your understanding about the towel rack and BBQ lid! As we mentioned before your stay, the towel rack was damaged just beforehand, and we didn’t want to interrupt your visit for a small repair; all towels were left neatly folded on the counters for your convenience and the replacement BBQ lid part has been on back order. But we’ve ordered it again and it’ll be fixed up shortly! We’re so glad you were still able to enjoy your time with the lovely treats and fun arcade space we have provided without letting those small inconveniences ruin your stay! Thank you again for your lovely review and we look forward to welcoming you back anytime!

Perfect spot

We rented this spot for our son and his family from New Zealand. The house is spacious and beautiful and the 3 boys were obsessed with all the games in the garage. The owner was very accessible, friendly and helpful with questions. We highly recommend this VRBO and will definitely rent it again if the opportunity arises.

Port Stanley Blue Moon Manor

This was an amazing house to stay in and it will be even better with the renos they are doing outside! Book your vacation at this place and I promise you won't regret it. You can walk to the beach which I did almost everyday, you can eat at good restaurant, the farmers market is awesome and the neighbors are very nice. Thank you Sarvat for being such good host. 😁

Family getaway

A lovely house in a lovely neighbourhood. Bright and cheery. Very clean. Short drive to the beach. The arcade is a unique and very fun feature especially when the weather is not the best. We contacted the hostess a couple times and she answered immediately, was extremely professional, kind and helpful. Planning our next visit already.

Getting together with the best lady friends for 37 years!

The house was great--shiny and new, bright and clean. I was personally glad to have a bedroom on the main floor, since it's getting harder to do stairs, lol. The only complaint might be that there isn't really a dining room, but we made space to have the folding table and chairs up the whole weekend, because us old ladies like to sit around it at night, lol. It was tight, but we made do. Otherwise, great house!

The property had everything we needed for a family week away together including outdoor seating. The kitchen was so well equipped (coffee maker with pods, tea kettle, croock pot, cookie sheets, knives, oil and spices etc.). There were lots of towels, including beach towels and comfy quilts for the beds. The bedrooms were comfortable. The only negative was the lighting - the overhead lighting was so bright; it would have been useful to have a few smaller lamps scattered around.

Bedrooms and bathrooms were clean and welcoming. Kitchen cabinets and drawers could use a good cleaning. Barbeque wasn't usable. Otherwise location was good and family-friendly.

Hey Alex, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. We’re sorry to see that your overall experience warranted a 6/10, particularly as this seemed quite different from the feedback and star ratings you shared with us during your stay. We always take guest concerns seriously and strive to ensure everyone has a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Regarding the BBQ, when you reached out, you mentioned that you were having difficulty turning the propane on. We looked into this immediately after your departure as you were only there for 2 nights, and so we were able to turn the propane on and confirm that the BBQ was functioning properly. We are not sure what the complication may have been but it’s possible there may have been some confusion with the direction in which the propane valve needed to be turned? While we’re sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused you during your stay, we’re happy to confirm that the BBQ is working properly. We appreciate your feedback and will always do our best to address any issues our guests experience during their stay.
