Our home backs up to a hillside allowing total privacy while lounging or enjoying the covered outdoor entertaining space with built in gas BBQ & pebble tech pool.
The sunset is amazing and typically is off the pool by 6pm.

I still have roots in Seattle & now Anthem since 2012. We bought this home to retire in but fate had other plans since then. Now I just wander back & forth because I apparently can’t live without seeing my Boys’ cute faces.

We were very selective on our hunt for our future retirement home. No stairs, casita for guests, private pool & nice neighborhood. I call it pleasantville and initially my scottsdale friends teased me about their long 20-30 min drive up to my home but now they all prefer to hang out at my local places : ) There are no bad areas to drive through and everything you could need in daily life is within a mile with the exception of the emergency room which is a few exits south (about 8 min to parking lot).

The wall to wall tile and hardwoods make this home a very easy home to keep up. The backyard backs up to a desert hillside making the pool/patio time very private ;) There is a shuffleboard uniquely situated between the kitchen and the living room to keep everyone engaged. There are some workout equipment for use including an echelon mirror & bike, rower . Trampoline & lots of yoga bands. movies, books & pool floats in shed.
