The kitchen opens onto the living room, which includes a fireplace; the is also 1 bedroom on the ground floor with adjoined bathroom and toilets, 1 Jacuzzi room, 1 laundry room, and a large outdoor southwest facing terrace with view of the mountain.
Upstairs: 4 bedrooms with adjoined bathrooms and toilets, 2 suites with bedroom, bathroom, and toilets. All the bedrooms have a balcony from which you will have a view of the mountains.

Samoens, Family ski trip

Great location for local shops and bars, bus stop not too far away but free to ski lifts and run regularly. Chalet has plenty of space not to be under each others feet. Great fire which makes lounge cosy.

Excellent stay

We had an excellent vacation in this large, comfortable chalet. The location is perfect, only a few minutes from the beautiful, lively village of Samoëns and close to ski slopes, yet very quiet. The chalet fit our extended family of 16 very comfortably: large living area, well equipped kitchen, bathrooms for every room, large outdoor terrace. The jacuzzi was nice as well.

Lovely chalet, fantastic location.

My family of 9 (including 2 granddaughters aged 4 and 5 ) spent a fantastic week at this beautiful Chalet. The location was perfect, near the ski slopes of both Samoens and Morillon. The large local supermarket is a 3 minute drive away and has everything stocked that you could possibly need ( and at good prices) The house itself is massive with an en suite in every bedroom. The house also has everything you could possibly need and is very comfortable! Checking in and out was really easy and Fanny is an absolutely delightful person, easy to contact if you need anything. We are very grateful to both Fanny and Phillipe that they very generously allowed us to move our dates from December 2021 to February 2023 when the UK covid figures were very high and the French Government shut the borders 3 days before we were due to travel. The town of Samoens is very beautiful with lots of shops and restaurants. There are several smaller supermarkets which also stock most items so if you fly in with transfers, your own car wouldn’t be necessary. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here! Samoens embraced us, we felt fully at home. We loved the many events that were put on by the local people including the carnival and singing events in this fairytale village. We absolutely loved our time here and hope to come back soon!

Fantastische accomodatie

Prettig verblijf, sfeervolle woning en uitstekend voor een groep! Alle faciliteiten aanwezig. 10 min lopen naar het dorp skibus op 5 min. Enig nadeel gebruik van slaapbanken. Met echte bedden is dit een excellent huis. Alsnog een aanrader

Super séjour dans ce magnifique chalet

Chalet magnifique, spacieux, très bien équipé. Superbe vue. Situation idéale proche du centre ville. WC et salle de bain dans chaque chambre. Deux suites avec petite kitchenette. Grande terrasse au calme. Propriétaires disponibles et accueillants. A recommander vivement !!!

Wintersport met 3 gezinnen in een tophuis!

Groot, ruim en gezellig huis met alle faciliteiten die je zoekt, 7 slaapkamer met eigen badkamer. Heel veel servies, keuken spullen, alle apparatuur, 2 grote koelkasten, wasmachine + droger, kaasfondue en raclette etc. Huis is nog veel mooier dan de foto's. Dorp is 5 min lopen, skilift 900 meter (wij hebben de auto gebruikt). Huis heeft alles wat je van een verwacht, we gaan volgend jaar weer boeken. Enige gewenste verbetering is dat ze de 2 persoons dekens en lakens vervangen voor 1 persoons dekbedden. We hebben minder goed geslapen, lakens en dekens zijn niet meer van deze tijd.

Sehr schöner Ferienaufenthalt

Es war (fast) alles erstklassig. Wir waren rund herum zufrieden. Leider war de facto kein Internetzugang möglich (WiFi ständig schlecht und mobile Daten schwierig), aber das ist wirklich das Einzige, was nicht funktioniert hat. Ansonsten war alles an unserem Aufenthalt hervorragend und Fanny eine sehr freundliche, hilfsbereite und nette Gastgeberin. Vielen Dank Fanny!

Agréable Aucun problème

Bien située à 5 mn du centre, bien équipée, chambres avec sdb c'est parfait, P très grand devant la maison : cette maison nous a permis de découvrir la vallée de Samoens avec grande sérénité et beaucoup de plaisir.

Fantastisch familiehuis in de Franse Alpen

We waren hier met drie families om te skiën. Huis is erg mooi en van alle gemakken voorzien. Eigenaren zijn zeer behulpzaam en gebied is erg mooi.

Heerlijk verblijf in chalet

Comfortabel chalet met mooie kamers. We waren met een familie uitje en hadden een heerlijke week. Met de hele club van 18 personen eten op het royale terras. Even bijkomen in de jacuzzi. Top.

Beau chalet près du centre du village

Excellent séjour à plusieurs familles dans ce très grand chalet très bien situé (centre du village accessible à pieds). Fanny était très disponible pour nous aider et répondre à nos demandes. Belle terrasse fermée pour profiter de l'extérieur avec des enfants en bas âge.

Beautiful spacious property

We are a group of 4 families and this chalet is by far the best we’ve stayed in. Spacious and all rooms were a good size. We enjoyed having an en-suite in each room too. Would thoroughly recommend for a relaxing post ski chalet.

Wow - what a place!

We usually hire places larger than we need as most ski chalets can be quite small - this place isn’t!! Plenty of room for everyone and everything you need for a self catered place for a large group of people. The walk into town is good and the ski bus is only a five minute walk - just make sure you time it right with the bus timetable. Would highly recommend this place and we would definitely book again

Fabulous chalet in great location

We had a fab week in this chalet. It’s nice to finally stay somewhere where there is a big enough living space for all the guests the property can accommodate! The chalet is so close to Samoens town and all it has to offer. The owners were friendly, despite a little misunderstanding over the additional cost of sheets and towels! Overall a great chalet for a family holiday.

The location of the chalet is excellent, gentle 5 minute walk to town and 5 minute drive to the Gondola. The Chalet was well laid out, comfortable and well fitted. The hot tub was disappointing both in terms of size and as it was indoors. The main gripe is the additional charges for final clean of €200 - really!, we left the chalet essentially as we found it - a €150 clear profit. Also additional charge of €120 for towels (small and well used) and sheets. These charges are in addition to the advertised rate on HomeAway website. Finally we had an invasion of ants in 3 rooms. Nothwithstanding the above the chalet was still good value and would recommend. JohnM

Chalet très spacieux et agréable à vivre proche du centre et de la rue piétonne

Nous avons passé une agréable semaine lors des vacances de Carnaval. Nous étions 19 personnes (11 adultes et 8 enfants). Chacun y a trouvé sa place car le chalet est vraiment spacieux. Idéalement placé proche du centre et des commerces. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et très serviables. Merci à vous deux pour votre accueil.

The chalet is located on the sunniest slope, in a very quiet area, 250 m away from the town centre of Samoëns and 700 m high, at the foot of the Grand Massif (256 km of slopes).
Samoëns is a little village nestled in the Vallée du Griffe, an unspoilt mountain setting. You could not wish to live in a better place.
