You’re absolutely right that the pool area can be busier than usual during the holiday season, as it is one of the most popular vacation periods of the year. During non-holiday times, guests typically find the pool much quieter, with plenty of available seating, and consistently clean and well maintained, which aligns with the feedback I regularly receive from other renters. Thank you, Belinda. I wish I heard you needed water. The condo comes with a water pump and I could have sent a request to bring you a the 5 galón of water to the condo. Administration diets stairs sells the water and they could have delivered. I will ask Gil to ensure he makes our visitors aware. Sorry about that. Awe! Thank you! As I always note that this condo is my little scape cave and is kept very clean and confi ;). When I visit, I just don’t want to leave lol....I love it there. Thank you, Cathy. Yes, that sound of the ocean is the beauty; it’s very relaxing.. the TV can be moved to the living room. The living room has cable and the decoration stand is the TV stand, the reason the living room dies not have a TV is because most of my renters prefer to have an open space and moving and having a TV in the living room it forces to move the sofas. Thank you, David. It has always been my goal to deliver the best customer service and have the condo delightful for my visitors. A complete cleaning including disinfecting everything is always performed. It was disappointing to me to hear the condo cleaning did not satisfy your expectations. Although my cleaning person ensured me she had performed the cleaning services, I was happy to return 50% of the cleaning cost as it’s important to me for my visitors to enjoy their stay from the moment they walk in. This time of the year is very hot in Mazatlan and we needed to allow a little more time for unit to cool out. There are 5 sets of sheets in the condo. Thank you for being patience and working with us. It makes me very happy to hear you enjoy your stay after the arrival discomfort. Hope you visit again.
