Great Location, great place to stay.

As advertised. Nice and quiet apartment. Great location for Fairbanks. Very quiet and easy to keep to yourself and relax.

Convenient and comfortable

It was just the right size and the location was super close to Downtown. The check in process was very easy and we were able to get in and settled easily. The only thing I can comment on that needed attention was the cleanliness of the fridge. Everything else was as expected if not better.

Cozy comfortable

This property was cozy and comfortable and only a short drive from the attractions we were in town to explore. The only less than stellar point was the refrigerator needed a good wipe down and had used and expired condiments in it. All in all it was a relaxing experience.

When we got there,we noticed the yard was unkept,the front of the building had dirt stuck all over it and there was a stale smell in the voyer.When we opened the 2nd door we were hit with a sewer stench.I walked into the bathroom and found feces in the toilet.That automatically made me start looking at the whole place in detail.There was mold in the tub.The jets were moldy.The shower head was disgusting.There was hair on the side of the tub and the bathroom window had scum on it.The kitchen was just as bad.Some of the pots and pans were filthy.I found 1 that had dried up egg on it.There was left over food in the refrigerator and I had to change the bowl that was left in there everyday because the refrigerator leaked. The silverware holder was dirty.The oven was turning black on the inside and I found caked up grease inside the bottom draw.There was no broom or mop to clean the floors with.My husband got on his hands and knees to clean it.While down on the floor he found the sink plug.There was dog feces on the sidewalk in front of the kitchen window. There was red juice stains on the counter.Our bed was half broken so we pulled the mattress on the floor to sleep.The whole apartment was on a slant.i found Christmas wrapping paper on the table under a book.The stove burners didn't fit and 1 didn't work at all.The pots and pans were tilted while I was cooking.the upstairs neighbor stomped around and we could smell marijuana. Will post pictures if I can. Horrible filthy place!!!!

Neither Evolve, the on-site contact, nor the owner received reports of the bathroom, kitchen, or bed concerns described here during the stay, so we unfortunately did not have an opportunity to inspect or address them at that time. Following this feedback, an inspection and cleaning have been arranged to ensure the bathroom, kitchen, bed, and other mentioned areas receive appropriate attention. We remain committed to maintaining a clean, comfortable, and well-cared-for home for our guests.

Better than expected

Excellent place to stay. The apartment was very clean and everything worked. The owners definitely take care of it. Parking is right out front, it's in a quiet neighborhood, and it's close to everything in Fairbanks. The walls are a bit thin so you can hear people upstairs but it wasnt a deal-breaker for me by any means. I will try to stay here again next time I visit Fairbanks.
