When we walked in it smelled fresh and clean. There were no spider webs like you usually see in cabin style places. Didn't get to use the hot tub because it was kind of dark in that area. The view was beautiful. The only downside was there wasn't any sugar packets for the coffee. Everything is within a short drive. Dollywood was about 12 minutes. The couches were comfortable.

The views did not disappoint! The cabin is in a mountain. The porch is very rustic and a good size. Lots of seating to enjoy the mountain air. We are a family of 4. Everyone had their own space to unwind after adventures on the rivers and trails. We appreciated the space.

Property was very clean. Minimal kitchenware provided. The views are great. Close to Pigeon Forge. Hot tub worked without any issue. Would recommend.

Property has maintenance items to be addressed, but overall a nice stay. The views are mainly from upper level, with trees overgrown, that block a lot of the views. Driveway approach is washed out, no grab bars for the slippery lower shower tub, upper tub and sink draining very slow, broken left box spring in upper bedroom, and security entry light not working. Hot tub worked fine. Cabin and linens were clean. Location was very good. Saw a bear with cubs next door.

This is our 2nd time staying at Heavenly Ridge. We stayed 3 years ago for our first visit. The views are incredible! It’s the perfect size for our family of 4. The owner is very attentive and friendly. The kitchen is fully stocked so we’re able to cook and have meals together as a family. The hot tub is a nice bonus too. We’d love to come back for a 3rd visit but in the fall next time We highly recommend this place!!

Beautiful cabin at the top of a mountain. Fabulous views of the Great Smoky Mountains. Incredible sunrises and sunsets. Close to Dollywood and multiple restaurants and entertainment venues.

Cabin has a great view, but that’s about it. Dirty bedding, showers with very poor water pressure and faulty water nozzles. Cabin had a sewage smell during the majority of the stay.
