This is a beautiful property, easy to find right off the trans-Canada highway, and an easy location to Canmore, Banff and beyond.

great place! Very clean and check in and check out was easy. Secure parking and hot tub was perfect after long hiking days. Perfect size place if you plan to be out most of the day. Hosts were very communicative and accommodating. Hope to be back in the future!

Overall, we enjoyed our stay in Canmore. The property was comfortable, in a great location, and worked well as a home base for exploring the area.The biggest disappointment was that the pool and hot tub, which were advertised when we booked, were unavailable for our entire stay. We booked several months in advance (April)and weren’t notified about the change until later (July), when comparable places had become much more expensive, so changing accommodations wasn’t really a practical option. Our stay was in September. After our stay, we reached out about a partial refund. The hosts preferred to handle the issue through VRBO, so it took some additional communication and escalation with customer service. In the end, we received a 25% refund, which we felt was a fair resolution.We still had a nice trip and enjoyed the property overall. I’d just recommend that future guests confirm that any amenities that are important to them will be available during their stay.

Great Stay

We called this "home" for 4 days while we enjoyed the Canadian Rockies!! It was quiet and comfortable. Able to make delicious meals!

Very comfortable and everything I needed

For a small space it provides everything I needed to be comfortable and have amenities I needed. I'd defiantly stay here again.

Hi Teryn & Alex!! Thank you so much for your warmth and hospitality. My best friend and I really appreciated our stay in Canmore as it made our trip that much more enjoyable and comforting as we went through our busy and adventure filled day to day. This was our first time in Canada together and I will say it has been extremely memorable. So thank you for making your place a part of our experience!! We did so many wonderful hikes that I wish we had more time to do different ones! We went to see the glaciers where I just about sobbed at the mere sight of such a beautiful creation, met incredible people, reconnected with an old friend after 6 years of not physically being in the same space, went to visit the cascade of time gardens, canoeing on emerald lake — needless to say this whole trip was a wondrous reason to have an adventure. Teryn and Alex, thank you for making these two Americans feel right at home!!

Cozy and easy

Teryn and Alex have a really great place.Cozy and comfortable with easy access to highway and also Canmore. After a day skiing or exploring, a warm bed, full bath (with tub) and kitchenette awaits.

This cozy little studio was perfect place for me and my partner to stay during our week holiday in the mountains. Teryn & Alex were wonderful hosts and made sure we had everything we needed, including recommendations for restaurants, rentals and hikes. The white noise machine was an added bonus for an extra restful sleep! With Downtown Canmore being only a few minute drive and Banff under 30 minutes, we were able to spend our time exploring instead of driving. We had a great week and will definitely plan to stay here again!

Perfect place

Great location to see the sights around Banff! Loved the town of Canmore- so many restaurants and shops with a more laid back vibe than Banff. Everything we needed was in the Studio, which looked brand new and was very clean. It was such a nice place to come back to in the evenings. Owners were very quick to respond to any questions or needs.

Brand new space that is small but has everything you need. Having an outdoor space would have been nice but it was very clean and we liked having the full kitchen and laundry

We LOVE CANMORE SO MUCH! We were so sad to leave. Alex & Teryn's place made it possible for us. They are quick and thorough in all their correspondence. The place is a perfect setup for quick and easy breakfasts and packing on the go lunches. It is right near the town centre which was so lovely especially the paths on the creek, a delightful find. We loved the Grassi Lake hike they recommended. I could go on for days about our vacation of a lifetime! We loved having the pool and hot tub at the end of hiking adventures. It was well stocked which is not always true with other VRBOs. You must go to Canmore and stay at their studio! You will not regret it as a couple or a single person.

Ski trip

Great location. Place is very nice and new. Lots of light. Maybe lightening under the cabinets would be nice. It has everything you require. Very easy to contact the owners. My flight was delayed a day. I informed the owner and when I arrived there was a note, a big chocolate bar made in Canmore and a bottle of red wine waiting for me. A very nice touch. I would stay here again. Not big but when you’re out and about, it’s a great size. 5+ stars. Even has a washer and dryer.

Cute place! Hot tub was super nice after a long day hiking. Location is great, walking distance to places to eat & trails. I would only recommend room darkening shades. It’s too bright if you try to get to bed early and too bright pretty early in the am. Hard w/ time difference to get a good night sleep, so that would help a lot. Very clean, cute decor! Host were wonderful- fast responses and good recommendations.

For the benefit of future guests, we would like to mention that the studio is equipped with both light-filtering top-down/bottom-up shades for privacy as well as an extra-wide blackout curtain panel (the blue curtain seen in our listing photos). The blackout curtain can be drawn across the window to darken the sleeping area, and we are sorry if it wasn't noticed during your stay.
