Newly built house (2009) typical from the Island of Ré, very sunny, near the beach and the Bois-Plage, in a calm, not overlooked setting rated 4 stars in 2012 by the tourist office, one storey villa with all modern cons, heated 5 x 9.5m pool with electric safety roller cover and easy access, enclosed garden, garden furniture, barbecue, 5 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms, 1 bathroom with bathtub, 3 WCs, yard with barbecue, baby equipment, laundry with washing machine and dryer.
New high quality bedding and dinnerware.
Owner rents the 3 bedroom main house + a 2 bedroom annexe for 9 to 10 guests.
Possibility of renting only the main house for 6 persons except in July and August.
Bed linen and bath towels included (2 towels per person, duvets)
Beds made on arrival and final cleaning included.
Additional services available under request: beach towels , cot bed.
Nearby attractions: the beach, cycling, children rides, sailing school, horse riding, thalassotherapy, cinema, golf.
Booking in English or French directly with the owner and on site welcoming by the responsible of services and maintenance.
Weekly rental only; not weekends.

Perfect stay

This was our first visit to Il de Ré and this house was just perfect for us. We got a lovely welcome when we arrived and everything in the house was explained to us, Any questions were promptly answered and any small issues dealt with as soon as possible. We loved our stay here between the easy access to the village and to the beach. It was so thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed for our entire stay. The house was spotless and very comfortable. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending it.

Villa tres fonctionnelle et bien située

Maison tres fonctionnelle et extrêmement bien située. A 2 pas de la plage ,du centre , du marché et de la loc de velo.- jardin parfait et piscine de tres bonne taille avec temperature impeccable.- pas la peine de prendre vos jeux de sociétés ou dvd (il y en a), machine nespresso, linge de maison et de lit, et évidemment maison propre que se soit chambres ou salle bain. La cuisine est hyper fonctionnelle. Nous y reviendrons avec grand plaisir.

Excellently appointed villa

The only appointment was the lack of pool security; the promised hard cover was broken and the replacement alarm system did not work and was removed and not replaced. A book of local information and property info would have been useful.

What a Wonderful Place!

We loved our two weeks at Sylvie’s villa and can honestly say it was one of the best holidays we have ever had. The accommodation was superbly arranged, with lovely bed linen and accessories. The kitchen was wonderfully stocked with cutlery, glasses and china. Pool an excellent size; all in all, a wonderful place to be. Thank you Sylvie. Anne

Comme à la maison

Excellent séjour dans cette grande maison avec piscine chauffée. La maison est très bien construite et décorée avec goût. Nous nous somme sentis chez nous dès l'arrivée car la maison est propre et bien achalandée (cuisine, BBQ, mobilier de jardin, buanderie etc.). La plage comme les commerces sont à quelques minutes à pied, mais le quartier est calme et le parking facile dans la rue. Le contact avec notre hôte a été très agréable et nous reviendrions avec plaisir si l'occasion se présente.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours dans cette magnifique maison, très fonctionnelle et très agréable. Très bien située elle permet aussi d accéder a pied à une magnifique plage et commerces de proximité et marché au centre du village. Excellente expérience, à recommander !

Wonderful house

We have rented some lovely properties on the island but this one was PERFECT! It was really well equipped with every kitchen item we needed for 6 adults and 4 children and a baby. The open plan inside space was beautiful - light and airy with spacious dining and seating areas as well as an entrance space for shoes etc. The bedrooms were spotless with white linen and towels. The outside space gave us a good dinning space and plenty of sun loungers as well as comfy chairs and a sofa. The pool was large and the steps at one end were perfect for toddlers whilst the deep end enabled the adults to have fun! The location was brilliant - we could walk to the beach at the end of the road and to the bakery. Sylvie was there to greet us and show us around and was so welcoming. We are already dreaming of booking for next year.

Notre petit coin de paradis sur l ile de re

Quel bonheur d avoir séjourné dans cette villa.elle a été décorée avec beaucoup de goût dans l esprit rethais .elle est parfaitement équipée et d une propreté irréprochable .la piscine étant chauffée ,on peut en profiter même si le temps est un peu frais.c est la maison rêvée pour passer d excellentes vacances et je pense que nous y reviendrons en famille.

SUPER !!!!!

Nous avons loué cette villa pour des vacances en famille avec nos enfants et petits-enfants. La maison est tres bien située, dans une rue tres calme, proche de la plage, et pourtant a seulement 500m de la boulangerie et du marché couvert; plus besoin de la voiture, nous avons tout fait a pied ou en vélo. La maison est tres agréable a vivre, la cuisine super bien équipée, le tout d'une propreté en d'un entretien impeccable. La piscine bien chauffée a fait la joie des enfants. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour, et y retournons dans quelques semaines, c'est dire !!!

Beautiful house in perfect position

We were travelling as a multi-generational group of 8 and his house was perfect for all of us with plenty of space, lovely facilities and very well-positioned on the island. We had a wonderful time exploring the island on bikes/buses and the property was really conveniently only a few minutes walk into Le Bois Plage which had supermarket, market, bike hire shops. We would definitely recommend this property to anyone considering visiting.

We always spend a part of our holidays in our house in the Island of Ré. We love to show our little paradise to our friends.
In summer, the sun, the baths, the poolside meals and sleeping on our deck chairs...so much joy on the beach.
In every season, the great cycling sessions to St Martin or La Couarde, and always the immense and beautiful beach...so large that you can walk all along without ever seeing the end.
And shopping at the Bois Plage market, famous for its local products, and a small break at the café's terrace.
We will certainly spend our old age in this house, as the island climate is so soft and bright, and the environment is so calm... Do you really need something else?

Though this house is very recent, it is really charming and you will love sunbathing or enjoying the shade at the poolside as much as we do.
We have built, decorated and fitted this house; it is full with the spirit of holiday.
The house is really open thanks to the sun terrace, the garden and the pool, which make it an inviting and warm house.
