The condo is clean, spacious and as advertised. Very secure gated community. I've rented dozens of houses/condos over many years and it's the first time I've felt like I was being monitored in an institution due to the signs posted throughout the unit, walls with blank pictures, and automated daily text messages, etc. However, this is a safe and clean condo for a family base to visit Orlando attractions.

Spring break.

Didn’t spend a lot of time at the property. It was clean and very nice though.

Booked for a family of 5 from the UK. Communication from the outset was great, the owner was helpful with the entire booking process offering advice and additional services if required. Lots of info provided on location and directions to find the estate and property itself. The property was as described and very much as seen in the photos. It was very clean and felt welcoming with all basic essentials provided which was a nice touch. The property felt private and quiet despite being in a block of similar properties with a great view from the pool deck over the lake and woodland to the rear. Property was well equipped and the beds were very comfy which makes a big difference after long days at the parks. Storey lakes has some great amenities with its club house and this was within walking distance of the property. Would highly recommend the property and host too. We will be a returning guest for sure.

Hidden Gem

This place may throw some of people off being in a “strip” of units but rest-assured, it is very quiet and comfortable! The home is spacious and comfortable with all the amenities you need. Convenient to Disney and shopping centers. Backyard is home to a nice pond with plenty of wildlife to see - Even a gator. So nice to not have neighbors or traffic out the back door. The resort amenities are within walking distance and the staff are courteous. Pool and lazy river were warm enough in early March to enjoy. Fitness room clean and spacious. Great stay for a small group!

Nice place to stay, needs maintenance issues fixed

Overall it was a nice stay. Very clean, spacious, nice pool, great place to relax. Had an issue in the unit and had a hard time getting help. I called two different numbers left about 10 voicemails and txted three different numbers and sent emails. Four hours later I got a response to try to send a handyman out. When the man was dispatched it took 1.5 hours to come over and fix the issue. Great place to stay but if you have something that needs fixed they need a quicker response time
