Thank you for both staying at out place and the kind words. The view is great because we're elevated, however it does come at the price of being high up from the sea level. I, am however, going to try to build some stairs down to the water from beside the sunroom. I cleared some debris and dead brush earlier and I think it's feasible. Stay in touch and I'll tell you how I'm making out this fall with the project. Thanks again.
