The entire stay was nothing less than magical!!!The home was well equipped and very comfortable. The bed was amazing!The home itself is a work of art. The surroundings are beyond belief! A beautiful experience!! .

Absolutely Fantastic Stay

This place is everything we had hoped for and more.It was truly a bucket list experience, and it did not disappoint! The home was immaculately clean, beautifully maintained and had everything we needed for a comfortable and memorable stay. The location couldn’t have been better- close to everything. I can recommend this place enough and would absolutely stay here again.

Spectacular Abode

Monument House is one of a kind. The space and location are spectacular, and the amenities are very well thought out. Grateful to have had the opportunity to experience this home.

Beautiful House in the boulders outside of Joshua Tree Park

Over the years we have stayed at various houses outside of Joshua Tree Park. This is now our favourite . You have the beauty of nature's design and the beauty of man's design. The house is comfortable and has everything you need. A pleasure to return to every day and also a good place just to hang out. Very convenient to the Park for hiking. Just an excellent experience.

Just Perfect

We absolutely loved our stay at the Monument House. The house was set up really well and had everything we needed — even down to an extension cord and a martini shaker. The bed was extremely comfy. The hot tub was perfectly situated under breathtaking stars with an insanely convenient and necessary lighted path with switches on both ends of the walk. The house was sealed off from the bugs at night well, there were the occasional grasshopper intruders but as far as bugs in the desert goes, this place was really well sealed. The location was surrounded by adorable chuckwalla lizards. We did see a coyote peering in the side door one night but that’s to be expected in the desert (we brought our chihuahua a coyote vest and kept him close at all times). The location was also so easy to hop into town and back. And on top of everything the design of the house was so breathtaking and inspiring!!! It really is a gem in the desert!!We would absolutely enjoy the opportunity to stay here again on a future visit!
