spotless and restful; a little thing, but thank you for having foil and plastic wrap so we could make picnic lunches! Point Pelee park was a quick easy drive from the house; just a 10-15 walk to the main street with most of the restaurants.

Pelican Place was very clean and comfortable! It had everything we needed. We loved the outdoor space! Close to downtown which offers lots of restaurants and shops to choose from. Our host was always very quick to respond!

Pelican Cottage was perfect! Cozy, pretty, private, yet close to everything we wanted. Sheri had everything ready when we arrived, and was available if we needed anything. We would love to return the next time we are in the area.

Great Stay!

Booked for a short weekend trip in the area - solid location, very cute house, and pretty well represented by the pictures on the listing. Host was extremely pleasant and was very accommodating, would absolutely stay here again!

Wonderful Place and Location

We had a wonderful weekend away at the Pelican Place. Would stay here again if we were to come back to the area.

Perfect spot for a quiet visit home.We stayed four nights in Kingsville as a couple while visiting my parents, and this two-bedroom place was exactly what we needed. It was clean, comfortable, and nicely set up and there was plenty of space for a couple or small family.The extra bedroom was handy for bags and a bit of breathing room.Location was excellent: an easy walk to downtown, the lake, and Lakeside Park, Check-in was straightforward and the host was great to deal with. A really pleasant, easy stay. We’d book it again.

Loved the property. Very clean and comfortable. Nice outdoor sitting space. Had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Close to lots of amenities. Sheri was a great host and easily accessible if we needed her. Had a great time at The Pelican Place and would love to return someday!

Everything was great. The bike trail was right down the street and went to many different restaurants, wineries, beaches and playgrounds. The kids loved it. The location was perfect.

Amazing place

We loved this little cozy spot!!! Our property manager was so helpful and made everything easy to navigate for the stay. Can’t wait to come back again.

Great family spot

Nice central Kingsville rental. Very central to all activities the area has to offer. Will be booking this location again in the future!

Kingsville experience

This was a perfect place to access nearby parks, restaurants, greenbelt walk and backyard birdwatching. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The place was very well equipped, clean and comfy.

Perfect Pelican Place

This is a fantastic location. The host has thought of every small detail. Beautiful house and meticulously decorated. We couldn't be happier with our stay!

We enjoyed the location of this home. It was so clean and loved the seasonal decor additions. Lots of small welcoming details. The host was so easy to communicate with. We went wine tasting while staying here, we love the town it is located. We finished our trip with a walk at the park down the street. We would definitely stay here again to enjoy the area with our children.

Nice cozy weekend getaway

The house was great. Lovely decor. We had fun exploring Kingsville on foot. We tried some nice restaurants, checked out the Migration Festival events, and rode bikes at Point Pelee. Would love to come back sometime.

Bird watching

We went bird watching at the National Park for 2 days, then we toured Pelee Island for a day. Had a great time. We will certainly be back!

Loved the location!

The house was furnished as described and the decor is really nice. We enjoyed having dinner outside and listening to the music from the nearby festival. We walked to shops & the coffee shop in the morning and to the park later in the day. The check in process was easy and the owner was responsive when we were ready to check out.

A first class home away from home

We thoroughly enjoyed Sheri’s hospitality. She has considered comfortable luxury. We used Pelican Place to take advantage of many attractions in the area, along with easy access for cycling. We also took advantage of the local businesses that were recommended.Highly recommend a stay at Pelican Place.

Great place

When we arrived it was spotless. Great property, plenty of room inside and great outdoor patio. It had everything we needed. So much to do in the area. Walking path just down the road. Nice walk uptown and to commercial area at tge east area of town. Host replied to messages within seconds. We recommend it.
