Delightful property. Everything needed for an amazing stay with no hassle. Easy to get to. Everything was exactly what we were hoping for. The whole family enjoyed the trip.

Tranquil paradise!

This is one of the most private, peaceful places we have ever stayed! Very easy access from the hwy. Lovely screened in porch for us to enjoy the view of the lake on a rainy day! Surrounded by lush trees and bushes with a modern dock we used for kayaking.Very clean, modern and larger than expected inside. Even an air conditioner so temp stayed comfortable. We enjoyed our little getaway so much!

Wonderful summer stay near the water

Our party spent a wonderful week at this cottage near the water. The basement screened veranda was the preferred place as it was cooler than the 1st floor. The cottage was well equipped and easy to get around. Thanks Maria!

Namur

The cottage was super cute with a very pleasing aesthetic Very much my own style. It is small but the space was well utilized and the added screened in porch and deck made it seem larger. Close to a nice cafe and family restaurant and other small towns. We had a pleasant stay.

A basic and relatively clean, cheerfully decorated cottage in a very quiet location. (There is no washer-dryer or dishwasher). The host communicates with us, until the morning of check-in day. After that you will not get a reply, but must communicate with the property manager.Re stairs - although the photos show some stairs -I didn't expect 56 stairs to the water, 13 to go to the basement (which is the exit down to the lake) and 43 more to the water. Going to the water becomes a small 'journey'. Also, the one bathroom is on the main level and, if needed during the night. one must sleepily climb 13 stairs from the basement bedrooms to the one, main-level bathroom,And although we knew it was 'cozy' we didn't expect it to be so small - apx. a 20 ' x 20 ' square dimension essentially. There were a couple things needing repair (kayak footrest, lawn chair), which we reported to the very kind, property manager. There is also a strong sulphuric smell coming from all the water drains when running the water (kitchen and bathroom sinks). Is this a worth 300 night (including taxes) stay? We don't feel it was.

Hi Regis, The property description clearly identifies the cottage’s stairs and does not advertise a washer/dryer or dishwasher. We also provide drinking and cooking water, as the lake water can have a natural smell and colour. Regarding communication, you received prompt responses to the many questions and emails you sent before and after your booking and you always had a point of contact during your stay through the property manager. The total amount paid also included taxes and online-platform fees, which represented more than half of the total cost. Guests can review the full cost breakdown to see how those charges were allocated. I wish you all the best!
