We had a very nice stay at this condo! The property was clean and provided a great base for our trip. The host provided everything we needed for our beach days, which saved us so much packing hassle. The kitchen was also well-stocked, and we really appreciated the smooth, easy communication with the host throughout our stay. We had a wonderful vacation here!

The showers have excellent water pressure and the bed downstairs had a lovely pad on the bed making it comfortable. Beach towels and chairs were provided and kitchen was fully stocked. The patio was delightful to sit in the rain.

Wonderful place for our family of 6 to have as a base to explore the island-especially loved the north shore location for summer! Had boogie boards and snorkel gear and everything we needed to cook meals.

Great place to stay with plenty of room for our family of 4 with 2 grown kids. Easy location to get in and out of, close to groceries and our favorite beach.

Great location. So quiet in the evenings. They have beach gear (chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear, etc.). Such a functional space. We were extremely pleased.

The rental was very clean and spacious, with ample parking in a beautiful, quite environment. It provided beach towels, chairs, coolers, and more to make a day at the beach more enjoyable. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, and would definitely come back.

Host was very welcoming and friendly. House was perfect for our family of four, with plenty of space. Slept great in the beds. We loved having a cooler with ice pack to use on beach days.

Thank you Larissa We are very conveniently located. There are restaurants souvenir stores, hiking trails, lots of beaches nearby, great sunset views, iconic mountains, and more. Our home has all the amenities anyone would want or need.

This was our second year renting from Ron and Pam and we will be back again! This condo is comfortable, has everything you'd need and is spacious enough for 6 without feeling like you are tripping over each other. We loved the private bbq and multiple lanais. The kids loved access to beach toys and water equipment. A lerfect setup for a relaxing Princeville retreat!

Our stay was wonderful! The condo was very comfortable and we appreciated the starter products such as toilet paper, paper towels, and soap. The condo was located in a quiet area and we even appreciated the “chicken alarm clocks”. When we return to Kauai we will certainly try to rent Ron and Pam’s beautiful Promceville condo!

Amazing stay

We loved staying here. Wonderful house for our family of 5. So close to the Westin and 4 minutes to princeville. Amazing shower pressure.
