Shower and bathroom is a bit cumbersome and has dangerous sharp edges at the end of the bath/ shower entry. The bath wall is very high with a glass panel obstructing some access. The wall rails are not effective to assist entry and exit to the bath / shower. I would suggest a secure hand rail like the wall one at the rear of the bath to assist. I did slip exiting the bath on one occasion only a small bruise but this is of concern. The glass panel actually obstructs egress from the shower referring to room 25. The dryer has an internal timer fault the randomly stops during a dry cycle. We found wet clothes after applying a 60 minute dry cycle and noted the timer had sprung back to the 60 min mark and stopped after 10 mins of drying. No electrician can fix this. Cheaper to replace unit entirely. The void area next to the bed. Could there be 2 x rack shelves placed there so 2 x suitcases can be opened up. There is no flat space apart from the bed to remove items daily. The lounge area and balcony were awesome and your staff did mention that there would be 4!of everything in the crockery area. For families like us staying for extended periods. Although functional, the cook top was slow to cook v’s the size of the pan We did love our stay there and are just suggesting some improvements. But I do have concerns about the shower access and restriction Thank you. Tony / Rejean and family
