Unwind Fireside: Spacious Torreon Cabin w/ Deck!

Thank you for staying with us this summer. We’re sorry to hear about the hard water spots caused by the community irrigation system. While the sprinklers are owned and operated by the HOA and are outside of our direct control, we did our best to provide guidance on nearby parking options away from the sprinklers when the concern was brought to our attention. We’re glad to hear the home itself served you well throughout your stay, and we wish you all the best in your future travels to Torreon.

From the Owner: "Thank you for your feedback. During your stay, we offered to come to the property to address the issues with the fans and the fire pit, but you told us it was minor and unnecessary. Out of good faith and to show how seriously we take feedback, we issued you a credit. For future guests, we have replaced the fire pit with a new one and have fixed the ceiling fan chains. We also discussed with our cleaners to ensure the best experience possible. We do QA checks prior to arrivals, and while we did not see the cleanliness issues noted, we do strive for perfection."
