Great Home for a Family 505 Stay!

I am from the 505 and returned the weekend of April 11 for a small family reunion. This house was wonderful, plenty of room for 10 of us, close proximaty to anything in ALB. Would stay here again.

Best rental

This is, by far, the best rental house I’ve ever stayed in. There were a ton of extra touches and it made the stay even more enjoyable.

Perfect Stay

This property is great for a family with people of all ages. There are plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. The view is just beautiful! Perfect! We will stay here again when our family gets together.

Hockey Trip

Came with some other dads because our boys were playing games nearby at outpost arena. Home was great. Would definitely stay here again.

Quiet house with a great Mountain View

Communication with property management was smooth. House was well equipped and was perfect for a getaway. Beautiful floors and design features. Had a wonderful time.

Sandia Escape

Wonderful week at the base of the Sandias in the old Elena’s land grant. At the edge of the reservation, we got to experience wildlife like hawks and bison. The house was wonderful and the host had everything we needed. Maybe the grill was a little small, but we managed. Will definitely consider staying here again.

Perfect Landing Spot For Graduation!

This home was the most beautiful quiet annd PERFECT spot for or family to reunite for my daughter's college graduation! Our events were held in other locations but for the whole family to be able to come back home after events, to eat or relax! The home itself was stunning. The layout made it nice for separation! The views were spectacular and it was extremely easyvto check in and out of! Thank you for such a great stay!

Perfect house for large group

The property was just as described - 5 bedrooms was perfect for 4 couples and 1 small child. House is in a very nice area of Albuquerque and very close to stores and restaurants. Host was very responsive when I asked questions. I would definitely recommend this house and we will most likely book again when we return!

Family Visit

Home is large and well appointed. Very peaceful and great views. Only issue we had was the beds were extremely firm. Otherwise, highly recommended!

Christmas 2023

We stayed in this beautiful property in the week following Christmas. It was perfect for us and covered every need! We had a wonderful time in Albuquerque, and amazing times in the house and slept peacefully at night. All we could ask for!

Grand Views, Spacious House

Awesome location with a view of the Sandias! Lots of windows and space to spread out. Fire pit was great! Property management responds right away! Note, only one bedroom for two kids if they sleep separately and a daybed with trundle in downstairs living room. Just a planning note. We had a great week there!

Great location/peaceful setting

Great location in a quiet neighborhood yet easily accessible to main arteries. Beautiful backyard views of Sandia mountains. Wonderful Zen garden. Inside decor was beautiful and soothing. Large rooms and multiple places to relax both inside and out. Garage access made entering/leaving very convenient. Stocked coffee/tea collection was a bonus. Both property manager and host were readily available for questions. No shoes allowed in house but plenty of slippers provided.

Family trip

Our family needed to stay in a larger home to attend my niece’s wedding in the Albuquerque area. We looked at many homes, but really loved this location being at the edge of the mountains. The house was beautiful, clean, and had every extra that we could have imagined. The views were amazing and the quiet neighborhood was great to jog in. The communication with the staff at Irvie homes was great and both the check-in and checkout process was so easy compared to other properties. I have stayed at numerous vacation homes throughout the world over the last decade, and I have to say this was the best one so far! We will probably come back again just for fun next time!

Yes, the house is spectacular. The view is beautiful. However, check-in was not great. Never did get the front door keypad to work (battery was dead). Took us hours in the hot sun before we were able to get in. And that was only due to the fact that several of the back door latches were broken, so we finally just let ourselves in the back, and then used the garage door to go in & out for the rest of the stay. The rear balcony had several loose boards, and deck screws sticking up (which one of the girls cut her foot on, due to the fact that shoes are not allowed). Were finally able to communicate the problems with the property manager on the final day. Am not a fan of the "nickel & diming" the renters. Extra fees to use the hot tub, check-in early or stay an our later, etc. We've stayed in many VRBO's over the years, and never experienced all the extra fees

A Perfect Multigenerational Retreat

Rating: Our family recently had the pleasure of staying at this wonderful home, and it was absolutely perfect for our multigenerational holiday getaway. The incredible setting at the base of the Sandia Mountains provided breathtaking sunsets every evening, creating unforgettable moments for all of us.The layout of the home was fantastic, with numerous gathering areas that allowed everyone to come together comfortably. Whether we were enjoying meals, playing games, or simply relaxing, there was always a cozy spot to connect and share laughter.I cannot recommend this home enough and genuinely hope to return in the future. Additionally, the house manager was incredibly responsive and checked in on us several times during our stay, ensuring we had everything we needed. Overall, this experience was truly special, and we are grateful for the memories made here!

So many mice

This is a lovely property but when we returned from the rehearsal dinner there were mice everywhere. In the bathrooms, on the stairs, in the bedrooms. And as we looked, we found traps everywhere so clearly, they knew there was a problem. The local property manager did not respond that evening and never did. We did not know what to do. My children absolutely freaked out, so at 10 pm. we were scrambling to find a hotel. And we were a big group needed 5 hotel rooms, not easy to find. I did get a refund but that really does not seem like enough. I was not going post a review, but you keep asking me how my experience was so now I feel compelled. In the end it was very unpleasant, stressful and more expensive than we had planned. I will think twice before booking a VRBO.

The views were amazing. Plenty of room for our family of 8. Close to La Luz hiking. Nice quiet neighborhood. Ac worked great, bathrooms were clean and water pressure great. Only suggestion would be for a few more pans and bowls. Plenty of dish and glassware available. We would definitely start again. Several beautiful spots at house to enjoy a meal it coffee
