The Rohde Guest house is a hidden little gem. Spacious, convenient to downtown yet tucked away on a dirt lane just off San Marco Ave. Park your car in your private off-street parking spot (2) and you will not need to move it for the duration of your trip. One bedroom with a canopy bed and memory foam mattress. The pull out couch in the living room sleeps 2 comfortably. The kitchen is fully stocked for cooking and eating. The claw foot tub in the bath has a shower with plenty of hot water. There is a screened in porch in the front and a private spacious deck on the side yard, with a table and four chairs. The yard is fully fenced.

This is a perfect house/location for a single couple or with 1 school age child, to go exploring downtown Ancient City. It’s very cozy, clean and has everything you need.

We really enjoyed our stay.It felt like home. Everything had little touches everywhere and we really enjoyed our stay.It had a very nice kitchen and I loved the canopy bed.What was romantic. It was very convenient to all the places we wanted to go

This place is adorable!! Much bigger than we thought with a cute little backyard and we loved sitting on the front porch! Decorated so cute! It was very clean and within walking distance of pretty much everything. Definitely plan on staying here again.

Super great location walking into town. The hosts have thought of everything! and I really appreciate that i wasn't forced to strip the bed, load the dishwasher, etc... the way other hosts require and then follow through with threats to charge more money as penalty on top of already exorbitant rates. I will certainly return here!!

We chose this home moreso based on the reviews than the pictures. The pictures of the home posted really do NOT do it justice. It is larger than it appears, not nearly as dark as it appears and in an absolutely incredible location. The Hosts are very responsive and communicate well but not an over abundance where it becomes annoying. It is well equipped with an easy-to-use TV, games, fully equipped kitchen, washer and courtyard to sit outside on pleasant evenings. We brought our dog, a shih tzu who gives a both paws up review of the accommodations. I definitely recommend this comfortable bungalow., if your travels take you to St. Augistine and would not hesitate to stay here again.

Easy to connect with the host and we had a lovely stay. Clean, cozy, and conveniently locatation. Nice little touches. Quiet side street, close to a couple nice cafes.

The house was larger than expected. Very nicely decorated with canopy bed and claw bathtub/shower. All amenities including w/d. everything in great working condition. Small gardens with a great outdoor patio for privacy and a screened in porch sitting area also. Very clean, quiet, walking distance to all historical landmarks and tons of restaurants. Owner easy to contact and quick to respond. Highly recommend

Lovely Guest Cottage

This guest house was perfect for our weekend visit to St Augustine. The historic District and restaurants are an easy walk. Would stay here again.

Everything was exactly as advertised. This is a beautiful little cottage and was perfect for our weekend getaway. We even had room to host guests after dinner out. Thank you to our hosts.

Charming and great location

Quaint and cozy place, clean with plenty of sheets/blankets. Location is great as well - you could walk to any attractions and St. George Street. Owners were nice and accommodating, would rent again.

Anniversary Getaway

My husband and I had great time in this cute little bungalow. The neighborhood was quiet and still very close to everything. We able to walk around to see sites and dining. Will definitely be a place to stay again!
