Perfect location

Great accommodations and perfect location. This house was ideal for 2 families of 5. The beds were comfy, and the kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, etc. the rental company was quick to respond and even provided a baby gate, high chair, and pack n play. The house was clean with plenty of towels. Our kids enjoyed the hot tub every evening.

Ironwood - Steamboat

Great accommodations! Such an easy walk to the slopes and the ability to ski to the edge of the condo complex. Enjoyed daily lunches back at the condo during our ski trip. Had one issue with the master bath plumbing that was fixed within a couple of hours. We only had 4 coffee cups (5 guests staying) and they brought more coffee cups the same day. Would definitely stay again and rent from Itrip!

Ironwood 17

I took my two boys to Steamboat for Spring Break. We found Ironwood 17 to be a great location with easy access to the gondola and Village. Easy Walk to everywhere we wanted to be and the Itrip shuttle was only a text away for trips to downtown Steamboat Springs. The Itrip team was very responsive during booking and during our stay. More so in fact than any other company we have booked ski vacations through. Overall 6 out of 5!

Great location, updated kitchen ONLYAll other rooms and bathrooms are outdated and need new fixtures/lamps/ bedsFurniture in the bedrooms anre old and some items are falling apart. Broken lampsLight bulbs out that haven’t been changed Wobbly furniture. Cleaning was C- with hair/dirty toilets/trash in garage and balcony. A lot of deferred maintenance on this unit. There is no luggage storage solution, for a strict 10am check out timeFor the good parts. Kitchen is well stockedLocation is walkable to steamboat gondola even in ski gearWiFi worked wellHot tub was closeWe checked out a day early.

Thanks for coming up and taking the time to review us. I see we were able to send our cleaning team to remedy most of these issues promptly, and do apologize they weren’t ready addressed before your arrival as we planned. We informed the maintenance team of your notes as well to make sure the unit is comfortable. We are always looking for ways to improve. Normally we have options for later check outs as well unfortunately over the holidays we couldn’t offer that option. We do hope you would consider coming to visit again
