The rental was beautiful and very clean. The host was so nice and responds quickly. Even the neighbours were all very friendly and nice. Would definitely stay again!

The cottage was great! Clean, comfortable beds, beautiful views. Our family had a wonderful time.The only thing I would have liked to know ahead of time is how rocky the beach is. Had to walk down the road a little to find a sandier area. Water shoes were essential.

The place is really nice. I would certainly go back. Only issue was trying to find a beach we could swim in. Everyone kept saying to us, it's a private beach, but this is not on the owner rather the town for not clearly setting out the signs.

I would highly recommended this location. This is my second time staying at Andrea's place. Views are amazing, place is lovely and Andrea is great to deal with!!

The place was nice. Clean tidy. Had absolutely everything you could need there. Even had cooking oils, etc. There was nothing you needed in the kitchen. They had absolutely everything from air fryers to coffee makers. The one thing, only that I would say I would like a little bit more communication about would be the fire pit because it is a one that can be moved around but I had no idea where to take the ashes at the end of my stay. The host was great. They let us stay an extra hour after checkout because it was an early checkout. 9:00 is too early for a checkout. Just saying.THERE IS A HIGH NEED FOR RECYCLING BINS OR BAGS THERE! The pictures don't do the beach properly it is not a beach. It is stone. The beach is about a 5-minute walk which isn't bad. It was a nice little walk, but if you think you're going to be staying across the road from a beach, you are not.

As recent reviews have noted, the cleaning needs to be addressed. Upon check in, the place was gross. Hair on the floors and remnants left in the toilets. Disgusting. I reached out to the owner immediately and got no response. The only reason we stayed is because my parents took time off work to celebrate their anniversary, and this was my gift to them. I was so embarrassed at the state of the place. That's not the memory I wanted to leave them with. Several amenities from the listing missing, like the barbecue. Would not recommend.

The response to my text was fast and Andrea was very accommodating to our request. Unfortunately I was very disappointed with the sheets in the masters bedroom because they had cat or dog hair on them a lot and they where not previously wash , we did wash them. It’s a beautiful location and a very nice place, the dust and cleanliness needs to improve.

Property and location was fantastic. Great view of lake Erie, and all you needed was provided. The beds were very comfortable, lots of linens and towels. Had a hard time connecting to Wi-Fi. My only complaint is the cleanliness, the floors need a good go over, crumbs on the couch and inside of cupboard drawers need cleaned, vacuuming under beds and furniture. Normally dont like to leave that in a review, but it made the 5 star property a 3 for me.

We stayed a week in late September. The house is very modern and new. We enjoyed sitting on the front porch and the balcony upstairs taking in the beautiful view. Taking a walk on the quiet road along the shoreline and on the beach was part of our daily routines. Perfect for a quiet getaway! Fast internet was excellent for my workcation!

Beautiful modern house with amazing view! Host was great to answer very quickly! 5 women stayed ranging in age from 42 - 85! Great place to sit and relax or jumping off point to visit Niagara Falls or Hamilton to view waterfalls! Highly recommend!

The listing regarding the size of beds were incorrect on VRBO resulting in sleep issues. When I brought this misinformation to the owner she responded by apologizing for the inconvenience. We definitely would not have booked this property if the bed size listing was correct, so frustrating and misleading- false advertising! A partial refund should have been offered but it was not!

Great view

The lake house was exactly as advertised, very roomy, awesome lake view. There is a king size bed in main bedroom although the listing stated queen size. Large bathroom and shower. Lots of room for parking. Have booked already for July.

Wonderful place to escape

Thank you to the host for a truly wonderful stay! This modern, spacious, and fully equipped cottage was absolutely perfect. The stunning lake views, super comfortable accommodations, excellent Wi-Fi, and thoughtful amenities made for a relaxing and enjoyable experience. Just bring your clothes and settle in! The property and views are breathtaking. Fit our group of 6 perfectly. Andrea was always available for any questions we had. Minor issues such as bugs (which go with the territory) and the smell; also no co trol over that prevented us from spending more time outside but the inside amenities made up for that. Ready to book again!

Writing Retreat

We were looking for a quiet, clean, convenient space to spend dedicated time to write. We found it here. The space was exactly as advertised: clean, spacious and fully-equipped. Our host responded to our questions promptly and provided complete and detailed answers. She was fantastic.

We recently stayed at this beautiful lakefront cottage for a weekend and it was amazing. The house is modern with a spacious kitchen and living space that comfortably accommodated our party of six. The frontal view of the lake is absolutely breathtaking - waking up to it and spending time on the porch was one of the highlights of our stay. The host, Andrea, was incredibly personable, accommodating and easy to communicate with, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. I recommend this property for anyone looking for a relaxing and picturesque getaway.

Great location, better view

The house was great, the view was even better and all in all was a pleasant stay. Only a few areas of minor concern.The carpet in the living room has corner curling up, as for overall cleanliness, there was cobwebs in corners and stairs and some dust build up on the ventilation vents, But nothing serious. We're already planning on coming back to the property.
