Acadia with three generations

This house was wonderful! It had everything you could need to entertain children, adults, and grandparents. The space was laid out perfectly where we all could be together and enjoy separate quiet time. Location to Acadia National Park was superb while still being out of the thick of Bar Harbor. The outside backyard is perfect for kids and dogs. We used that space every evening. Beautiful home!

The house and location were excellent. Everything was very clean and well supplied. The toys and yard were great for the kids. We all enjoyed the fire pit and the decks. There were 6 adults and 4 kids in our group and the house was extremely comfortable for everyone.

Perfect family getaway

Amazing home in the perfect spot! Easy access to the whole island and plenty of space for 3 generations/11 people. Beautiful home with everything we needed.

Comfortable, Clean and Location A

The home is next door to the park, and a short drive to Bar Harbor. We all slept in comfort and had plenty of space to relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.

Wonderful stay

As a family, we were coming to Maine to say good bye to one of our family members. It was a bittersweet time and coming into such a beautiful home and greeted by a terrific thoughtful host, we had a wonderful time.

Everything was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved cooking all together and all of us eating together at the big table. My parents enjoyed the “in law suite”!

Our group of 6 adults and one dog stayed here in July 2026. The house was fantastic, we enjoyed the apartment over the garage, the 2nd floor deck, the front porch, grill and back deck as well as the fire pit! The kitchen was well stocked, including many different spices. The location was perfect to head into Bar Harbor or over to Northeast Harbor. We used the island explorer shuttle and hiked several trails including the Cadillac Mountain South Ridge Trail that we could walk to from the house. We even bought ice across the street and lobsters from the Otter Creek Market. The AC was definitely appreciated as well as being able to park in the garage to keep a car out of the sun. We also enjoyed watching the World Cup on the big screen TV. Highly recommend the house and beautiful Acadia.

Fantastic time here! So much room for my 11 family members to go on summer vacation together. Check in was so smooth. So responsive to 2 questions I had about how things worked. So close to all of the trails and bar harbor.

Harbor House Basketball Tournament

Modern home

Great location near Acadia national Park. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and was Well supplied. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend as host responded quickly To any questions.

Wonderful property. Everything was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating for hanging out after a fun day at the park. The home is very well appointed with every accessory you could imagine needing! We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket of snacks we happily used on our rides through Acadia! We all agreed, we would stay at this property again.

Lovely cozy place

We went here to spent our NY’s. It is most beautiful place I have stayed till now. The host was helpful in answering our questions. Would definitely go back if we have plans for Bar Harbor.

Family Wedding- wonderful stay

We visited for a family wedding in Bar Harbor. The house fit all 7 adults comfortably and provided a lovely space to convene between wedding events. Would highly recommend. Evolve was very helpful throughout the stay.

This house has it all !! The kitchen has everything a chef could need. Ten adults had plenty of room. It rained both days or we would have been on the roof deck.

Lovely home near Acadia and Bar Harbor

We stayed at Otter Creek with family friends over our kids’ spring break and had a great time. The house was beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, including a game room that helped keep all 5 kids in our party entertained for hours. Located minutes away from gorgeous Acadia trails and Bar Harbor, it was easy to go anywhere we wanted. AND we saw an otter trot by from the nearby creek—a definite highlight! Would definitely recommend.

A perfect house in the perfect location

This is a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living and dining area for meals and hanging out. It is equipped with everything you need. We visited in winter so did not use the amazing upstairs deck but did get to enjoy the cozy wood stove, which was perfect after our rather rainy hike.We were a group of 8 hiking the Cadillac trail to see the first light of 2025. This location could not have been more convenient with the trail just a 3-minute walk away.

Family Reunion near Acadia

Our family enjoyed the location of this home very much - just a few steps to a Cadillac Mountain trailhead, a short drive to Bar Harbor and a peaceful property setting. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable and had their privacy when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals before heading out for hikes. We had a slight hiccup with Wi-Fi but we were able to work with the property manager to quickly resolve the issue. The property manager was very attentive to any inquires and responded quickly. We would highly recommend this clean and unique home!

Fall Family Fun

The home was perfect for our family of 7! There was plenty of space for everyone to be together, or not. I loved that the location of the house was close to many hiking trails, 10 minutes to Bar Harbor, and the grocery store was not far. I will admit that the cemetery out the backyard made me a little uneasy at first , but the many turkeys that visited the backyard made us all forget it was even there. The only negative thing, which was resolved quickly by Evolve, was the timeliness of receiving the check in information from the host. Overall, I would highly recommend this property- it’s well kept, very spacious, clean and in a great location if you are planning to spend time in Acadia National Park.

Beautiful, warm house

This was a perfect stay for our family and friends. The house is spacious and comfortable with common spaces large enough for everyone. The children were entertained by all the puzzles, games, and books. The adults enjoyed the cozy living space with the warm stove. We loved how everything was clearly labeled and well stocked. The kitchen had every cooking equipment you will need and lots of tea for you to choose. ❤️ The house is a short drive to the entry into the park and Bar Harbor Village. We came during off-season but many shops and restaurants were opened already. We hope to book this house again because it really was a lovely stay. Thank you!

Great House, Lovely location

The house is perfectly located near Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house itself is beautiful and generally well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed staying there. That said there were a number of nagging issues. First it took me a number of telephone calls and texts to get the access code for the house. The property manager rep seemed to have difficulty getting it to me. Second the pull out bed in the garage apt. was not provided with any sheets or blankets, even after bringing it to the reps attention. Third, the air conditioner in the garage apt was broken. A portable had been substituted but it leaked water and wasn't up to the job. That said , the house was a great spot and we would like to stay there again if they can get the issues fixed.

We really liked this place. It fit our entire family very well. The kitchen was so well stocked, we could have entertained many more people. The fire pit and Smores were a big hit. The loft gave us grandparents some seclusion. This place was so clean and well stocked with all the necessities. We had a great time there.
