Best place we have ever stayed at when visiting OBX. Already planning our trip next year. The house had it all! The small private pool was perfect!

Really enjoyed this property. The elevator was great for our elderly pug. lol the rooms were clean and we loved sitting on the balcony. The dog potty area was close and clean, and the chair the umbrella set up was the best thing ever!! So much time and energy saved by having that service. We would book again!!

Outer Banks -kees

The house was beautiful. The upstairs bedrooms had a hard time keeping cool, but were comfortable enough for the stay. Living area was fantastic, lots of open space. Loved the location to the beach. Stairs down to beach could use one more step. Parking was a bit tight with larger vehicles. Neighborhood was pretty quiet and close to a lot of restaurants and shopping. The pool was super clean and there is plenty of seating. Would definitely stay here again.

This is our second stay in the Tides community. This house was not as equipped as the other (Barrier Island). There were too few utensils, cooking tools, and cookware. There were not enough blankets supplied. The grill was too difficult to light having to find a lighter and newspaper to attempt. The pool steps were very slippery and dangerous. Some of us almost fell. The turf has a strong foul odor and should be clean thoroughly. There were not enough trash cans in the bedrooms and those that were there were way too small. The clear flimsy shower curtain was useless as the hooks immediately came off. The bathroom door on the top floor bathroom when open obstructs you from using the sink.....the door must be closed to use the sink. Disappointing.

We loved our stay! The location is amazing- the pool was great and a very short walk to the beach. We loved the chair and umbrella amenity at the beach as well. The kitchen was a little sparse but the house is beautiful and we would go back in a heartbeat.
