Quiet and Peaceful

Colleen and Bryan are the perfect hosts! Their casita has everything you could possibly need and the personal touches make it a delightful home away from home! We just hope it's available the next time we come to town!

Beautiful setting and great cottage

Everything was so clean and the hosts prepared the adobe cottage with everything needed. I recommend this cottage for anyone looking for a quiet hideaway yet convenient for most activities in Phoenix. The owners welcomed me and showed me about accessing their pool and hot tub, and to use it at any time. The grounds are immaculate and beautiful. I will certainly return on my next trip to Phoenix.

Nice comfortable place

This is such a cute little guest house. The owners live in the home right next to it. We had their backyard to ourselves, which includes a swimming pool and hot tub. Unfortunately Scottsdale is so hot that the pool was overly warm. But my niece and I still did some swimming. Safeway and Starbucks are 5 minutes away! Overall, a nice place for two people.

Perfect place!

We stayed eight nights. They accommodated us an extra night that we didn't plan on. Bryan and Colleen were so nice and the perfect hosts. Our dog Toby Tyler loved it there so much he made a second home at their residence. He loved their dog Bella. It was so nice having a secure yard where Toby could run off steam after being cooped up in a car and hotels for a week. The Casita was just lovely and brought the Arizona lifestyle into the house. We have stayed at other VRBOs but this by far was the best! We will stay again the next time we are in Phoenix!

Convenient, Dog-friendly casita. Close to N Scottsdale activities with very friendly hosts. Our Corgi enjoyed his doggy hosts daily also.

Great little Casita

Bryan is a great host with plenty of communications. The location is perfect and close to everything. Everything went well and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This was our 2nd visit and we will be back.

Overall, a very pleasant stay. The kitchen area is miniscule and lacks counter space and storage. The bathroom shower is a bit funky.

Quaint and Quiet Retreat

Our stay at this property was excellent. It’s a very cozy and comfortable casita set back in a quiet and upscale Scottsdale neighborhood. It was perfect for the two of us and our dog. Bryan and Colleen were great hosts and had everything all ready for our arrival. We were there for some family business, so this was not a vacation for us. However, this piece of paradise was exactly that for us. After several long and stressful days, it was a joy to come back to unwind and relax at this property. Can’t praise it enough. You can book this property without hesitation. We are definitely looking forward to coming back in the future.

Peaceful, comfortable, safe, and dog-friendly casita

My spouse and I had a wonderful two-week stay with our two small dogs! This casita was incredibly peaceful and quiet, and the hosts could not be more welcoming of both us and our four-legged family members! The home was comfortable, and the fenced-in yard was so nice to have for our dogs! (It was a bonus that the hosts’ two dogs got along with ours very well!) While we enjoyed going out for dinners nearby, we appreciated that the small kitchenette allowed us to prep simpler meals when we wanted to stay in. The king-sized bed was super comfortable, and the silence and darkness at night made for great sleeping conditions! Also, the garage was a great additional part of the unit that added convenience and value to our stay, as we could easily store our bikes and dog trailer when we went out. This was definitely one of our favorite rentals, and we hope to return!

Our Fourth Stay…..

We are so delighted to spend time at this stunning casita. This was our fourth vacation here…..already looking forward to being here in 2024. Location: close to restaurants both casual and upscale….close to entertainment venues…close to churches….close to the 101 so you have easy access to the entire valley….close to hiking and biking. Truly an ideal location! Property: a very cozy casita with a lovely bedroom, large bathroom and living area. Kitchen is small, but, there are appliances available for casual meal preparation. The full sized refrigerator and washer and dryer are most convenient for an extended stay. We so appreciate the convenience of a single car garage. Stunning pool! Owners: Bryan and Colleen are amazing hosts. Readily available if needed, but, completely respectful of your privacy. Traveling with your furry children? Rest assured they will be completely spoiled with infinite pets and many snacks. They just might want to stay there permanently! The best casita in North Scottsdale!

An Excellent Vacation

Bryan and Colleen were amazing hosts. The property was better than expected, the bed so very comfortable, the shower was awesome, pool (cold) but great to be out in the sun! The best

We spent 2 months at the Casita and it was amazing. It is a nice, very clean, cozy, and felt like home. There was everything you could need and more. Colleen and Bryan were the best hosts and cared so much for our dogs. They truly loved them. I can’t say enough good about the Casita. Sitting outside on the porch each morning enjoying coffee was heaven. Highly recommend. Hope to stay there again. Already missing Colleen, Bryan, Fawn and Bruce. They are the best. Hugs.

Our Winter Retreat

Our third stay with Bryan and Colleen. They are warm and inviting hosts. We enjoy their hospitality and beautiful accommodations. Our furry children are endlessly spoiled by Bryan. So many amazing restaurants nearby. Everything you need for your getaway. Bryan and Colleen are so accommodating to make your stay relaxing and renewing.
