The Red Door - 1 Bedroom Studio and Bfst

The Red Door has been freshly renovated to provide a relaxing, comfortable and private space. A fully self contained guest suite at the rear of my Victorian Cottage which is situated on the beautiful Levan River. It is only a 5 minute walk away from the centre of the town and wharf precinct. A homely breakfast is prepared for you to enjoy in the dining room. Off street parking provided. Only a twenty minute pleasant drive from The Spirit of Tasmania and just over an hour from Cradle Mountain.

The space
Private entrance to a sunny living room and separate quiet bedroom with ensuite. Tea and coffee facilities are provided. Small courtyard and off street parking.

Guest access
Guests have their own accessible door to their private facilities.

During your stay
I live at the front of the property and will be available to welcome you and answer any questions to ensure you have a great stay.

Beautiful place to stay, very easy to travel around the area, locally and further west. Beth was very accommodating and the breakfasts were delicious and very filling. Thanks Beth, we will suggest your place to anyone we know who is travelling that way.

Host was amazing, the cottage had everything we needed, was very comfortable with great shower pressure, reclining lounge chairs, kitchenette and lovely yard to look out on. Breakfast was included and was fabulous, fresh fruit, yoghurt, cereal and toast! Highly recommended thank you again.

Lovely comfy stay with a small cottage feel. Beautifully decorated with the host’s individual eclectic crafty flair. Had everything I could need - plus a lovely breakfast. Great home-cooked muffins!

Everything ! It was the best place to stay. Beth was the perfect host, it was like staying with a friend. Comfortable bed, lovely hot shower. Everything was clean and welcoming. Our stay included a gorgeous breakfast every day with cereal, juice, fresh berries, yoghurt, toast and muffins. Perfect location for day trips in every direction.

Beth is an awesome host with a great spot

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights.Beth gave us brekky every morning and even got our washing in off the line before it rained while we were out exploring the sites. Highly recommend this place.eamorning

This is a lovely place to stay. Friendly owner, delicious breakfast, comfortable bed and artistic decor. Everything you could need is there. I drove and was mainly visiting family, but you could walk into Ulverstone and to the shops.
