The place was an absolute delight to be at. Its layout was charming and very functional; it was clean and had lovely amenities to make our stay feel special. The kitchen was very well equipped, and the large living area was light and inviting and a fun gathering place for our family weekend. The location is perfect for numerous walks to the beach. We loved the place and will definitely come back.

Great place and Location

What a lovely surprise to find this gem of a place. Quiet well equipped and a short hop to Hot Water Beach.Would have wanted more time to enjoy but had to fly home as the end of our holiday.

A dream weekend. The house was exactly what we had hoped for in terms of a relaxing Kiwi bach holiday and a stone’s throw from the beach and cafes. The whole house, including the bathrooms were super clean and appeared new or well maintained. It was lovely having two large decks to lounge on as well as the large space inside the main house.We had our walking 1 year old, 4 and 6 year olds. It was very family friendly. The walk to the beach was easy for these little ones to do several times a day. We loved the outdoor shower for washing off sandy beach bods - this helped to keep the house sand free. We will definitely be booking this accommodation again.10/10 thank you!

Absolutely wonderful

This place is everything we had hoped, and more than we expected. Just minutes away from the incredible hot water of Hot Water beach, the property has a stunning view and is one of the coolest places we have ever stayed. Plenty of deck space with room for people to space out. The house also has all the necessary tools for cooking, a frig, freezer, etc. More signs for the location of the place would be helpful as it's not the easiest to find at night. In addition, the place can get a bit warm but once you open the doors and windows, it becomes much more comfortable. Also, there's VERY limited cell service here but the beach and areas nearby offer a signal.
