Dear Joel, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that you found the house and its location convenient for your stay. Please note that our vacation rentals are self-catering homes, which means we provide a starter supply of essentials like dish detergent, garbage bags, and paper towels to get you started. However, for longer stays, guests are expected to purchase additional supplies as needed. The home is also equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience, which can be used to launder any towels or other items during your stay. We appreciate your input and hope you had a wonderful time overall. If there’s anything else you'd like to share, please feel free to let us know!

We appreciate your patience while our team addressed them, and we’re happy that everything was resolved promptly. Your comments regarding the living room furniture and bedroom dressers have been noted, and we will review them to ensure improvements can be made for future guests. Thank you for taking the time to share this detailed feedback. I am truly sorry for the experience you encountered during your stay. The conditions you described fall far below our standards, and it is deeply concerning to learn that both safety and comfort were compromised. These are unacceptable shortcomings, particularly when they pose risks to guests. I am very relieved that your family member is okay after the fall, although the incident should never have happened. Our team is currently reviewing each concern with maintenance and housekeeping to ensure immediate corrective action. Thank you again for bringing this to our attention. We appreciate your patience while we work to resolve this promptly, and we sincerely hope to regain your trust.
