Lovely Home…..great experience!

My husband, myself, two grand children and our dog Daisy stayed 5 days and the home was lovely. Every part was perfectly clean, kitchen well stocked with anything you need to prepare a meal and the cute decor made it feel very inviting and like home. The beds were comfortable and they even had a dog bed that was perfect for Daisy. The owners were easy to communicate with and the snack basket was so nice. The location is a quiet neighborhood but close enough to travel to the beach in 10 minutes. We definitely recommend this for anyone visiting the Daytona area.

The house was perfect for our stay, we had all amenities needed. The pictures don't do it justice, it was so cute, landscaping and plants outside really brought it all together. We will stay here again.

Beautiful Home

We stayed for two nights and my friends and I were so happy with our stay. The house is beautiful, clean and very comfortable. It was also completely stocked with everything you could possibly need to include some snacks. If I ever come back to this area, this place will be the first on my list!

Great Stay!

Everything was great! Very clean and tidy as-well. I really enjoyed the welcome basket! The only thing I’d change is how much toilet paper, paper towels and garbage bags there were. We stayed for 7 days, so only having one of each was a little disappointing.

VERY CLEAN & COZY PLACE TO STAY!

WE THOROUGHLY ENJOYED OUR TIME AT THE BEACH COTTAGE! SUPER CLEAN, UPDATED AND COMFORTABLE. EVEN OUR BED FELT GOOD ON THESE OLD BONES. CLOSE TO LOTS OF RESTAURANTS AND OUR FRIENDS IN ORMOND BEACH. THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB OF GETTING THE PLACE LOOKING AS IF NO HURRICANE HAD JUST COME THROUGH, AND WE FEKT SAFE IN THIS AREA. WE WOULD DEFINITELY STAY HERE AGAIN NEXT TIME WE VISIT. THANK YOU FOR SHARING YOUR PLACE WITH US!

Fantastic rental home

This home was the cleanest and best maintained vacation home I have ever rented - and I am very picky. The furniture is in great condition - not dirty or worn. Linens and towels were all very nice. The kitchen was stocked with many staples. (If you are a baker you will want to bring pans and measuring cups/spoons though-I didn't see any. There was a nice fenced in area for your pets to do their thing. Lovely sitting area in the backyard. I could go on. We will definitely stay again.

From the owner: “Kathryn, thank you for taking the time to review us and give our home a 5-star. We are very happy that our cottage met your standards and expectations. For some reason, you may have overlooked the baking pans and cookie sheet in the lower corner cabinet. Also, we have measuring spoons and cups. Sorry that you could not locate these items. We do look forward to your return visit in the near future. Thank you once again for being a great guest."

Great house

This place was immaculate. You could have eaten off the floor. It was that clean. The beds were super comfy, nice sheets and brand new towels in the bathrooms. Plenty of parking and very easy access to get into the house. The outside space in the back was very nice. This house exceeded our expectations in many ways. We just wanted to be close to the Pictona Pickleball facility, which was less than a mile away and this house was a huge plus. We will definitely stay again when we come up to Pictona.

Daytona ROLEX 24 Hour Race

We were in town for the 24 Hour Rolex race. We couldn't have been happier with our choice of rental property. This recently updated cottage was immaculate, well equipped, had comfortable beds with nice linens, nice towels, everything you could need to make coffee, and a lovely basket of snacks which our teens really appreciated. We also played some of the games and enjoyed the outside space. We walked to the local coffee shop for breakfast one day and we visited the local park and boardwalk. Thank you for a lovely stay. We will definitely recommend your property to those visiting the speedway.

Great Property

My wife and I just returned from a long stay at this charming inter-coastal house, and we couldn't have been happier with our experience! From the moment we booked, the owner was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing us with all the information we needed and even offering recommendations for local restaurants and activities. The house itself was exactly as pictured, if not even more charming in person. It was clean, well-maintained, and stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the spacious living areas, indoor and outdoor, was perfect for relaxing after a day at the beach or around the area. Some highlights of our stay included:* Impeccably clean: The house was spotless upon arrival.* Well-equipped kitchen: Everything we needed to cook meals.* Comfortable beds: Ensured a good night's sleep for everyone.* Amazing location: Close to the beach, restaurants, and shops.* Responsive owner: Easy to communicate with and very helpful.* Beach towels were provided, so no need to pack your own.We highly recommend this coastal house to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable family vacation. If we return to the area, we will return to the house.
