Wonderful stay

Excellent communication at time of booking. Lovely warm cottage that was well stocked with breakfast foods etc. and with the most beautiful peaceful view.

A few days away

A very nice place to have a relaxing break looking out over the sea and the countryside, and feeling like you're in the middle of nowhere, highly recommended

Perfect night stay for wedding

We booked this place to stay for the night as we had a wedding close by. The place was lovely and clean, owner was brilliant to deal with and had a surprise delivery of bread and milk which was appreciated for breakfast the next day. Fantastic view on the deck also. Highly recommend to all.

Simply Beautiful!

My mother and I stayed over new years and were delighted with the property. The view was stunning and the area was nice and quiet. We both spoke about wanting to book it again in the future. Michelle was really friendly, and the place was more stoked than I’ve ever seen a b&b before. Thanks for a great stay!

Highly Recommend

Very comfortable and well set up cottage. Perfectly situated for cycling trails and walking tracks. Great view to Kapiti Island. Items in fridge were a nice addition.

Magnolia Cottage January 2024

I stayed at Magnolia Cottage with my 16-year-old son for a short break from home. The cottage was easy to find, easy parking, a short drive to town and a really brilliant view of Kapiti Island. The cottage had everything that we needed including smart TV to keep the teenager pretty happy and chilled out for us both. A great little escape location. Thanks.
