be prepared to have 0 communication from the host. wifi did not work the whole time, i reached out to the host several times during my stay with no response. automated messages are sent out but nothing directly from the host. stains and dust all over the apartment. couch is worn out, faucet in the shower is falling apart, no wash cloths…seems like they bought the place and refuse any upkeep. this is an old building with many units. locked doors that lead to other units, there’s a creepy attic with someone’s stuff in there (also dusty), you can hear everything. near train tracks so be prepared to hear the train and traffic on the road. several reviews align with my experience and it’s sad they’re charging an arm and leg. greed is what it is. do not recommend staying here and giving these people your money.

Unit was nice, but not well stocked or ready for guests. No wash cloths, dishes on shelf needed to be washed. 1 roll of toilet paper, one of the bedspreads in need of a good wash.

It was a perfect spot for us to stay, it was very clean, had a washer and dryer which was nice. Also we were about at most 30 min away from anything we wanted to do. The hosts were also good with information.

It was cute and comfy and it was so nice to walk right down and go to restaurants, shopping, museums, etc. We definitely want to come back!

In an old building with a very steep staircase on top of retail shops . Living room couch is stained and has springs poppping through seats . Tears in blanket in bedroom off living areas . Air filter in ceiling near bathroom looks like it hasn’t been changed in years with all the dust. Never stayed in property like this location . Its next door to a Mexican restaurant luckily no one was at restaraunt but its an area with businesses and this location your mainly only residential place so kind of odd. In town for Kentucky derby basically slept & showered there. Rates were very high for quality of place and location .

We loved our stay here. Perfect location for the trip we had planned. Lots of great restaurants and bars all just a short walk. The room was very clean and perfect for us. Host was very helpful with any details and quick respnoses

Great location

Comfortable, and in an excellent location. It has a full kitchen and washer/dryer which is perfect for a lengthier stay. They only drawback was communication from the property manager was less proactive or responsive than others.

Perfect, Cozy Stay

My sons and I were in town for an event. We loved this place! It was so cozy, quiet, and affordable—exactly what we needed. It was close to our location, restaurants, etc. We would stay here again.

Cute neighborhood

Loved the apartment and location. David and Amy have a beautiful place. Everything was very easy, and we really enjoyed walking around the neighborhood to grab coffee and breakfast. Would like to stay again in the future!

Everything you need

Walgreens is in parking lot, coffee places across the street and yummy food galore! This was a spacious 2 bedroom and exactly what we needed for our stay in Louisville!

Great location and beautiful property!

Very clean and in the middle of a bustling neighborhood. You're surrounded by multiple different restaraunts to choose from, a nearby walgreens and kroger, and a very short commute to downtown Louisville. It was a comfortable stay at a very reasonable price. Thank you David and Amy!
