The grounds were absolutely beautiful. The property was too. Nicely updated, spacious with great little outdoor seating areas. The one hiccup that we had was the house binder with all of the instructions does not give the code to access the private beach, so we arrived all packed up for a day at the beach with no way to get in. This was on a Saturday and there was no one to answer the phone for help. Luckily a nice man held the gate open for us, but had we not gotten in, that would have put a huge damper on our trip. The private beach area was perfect. Clean, grassy, sandy with a pier and dozens of chaise lounges and picnic tables. Loved the beach!! Overall, we were super happy with our experience and I definitely recommend this rental

Thank you so much for the wonderful review! We are thrilled to hear that you enjoyed the beautiful grounds, the updated and spacious property, and the private beach area with its pier and seating. We appreciate you bringing the beach access issue to our attention and apologize for the confusion and difficulty reaching assistance on Saturday. Access to the private beach is via a key fob provided inside the unit, and we have updated our welcome instructions to ensure its location and use are front and center for future guests. We would love to host you again anytime!
