This is a beautiful property that we enjoyed very much! We had outstanding communication from the host from the very beginning until checkout. The home was very clean, the beds were comfortable, nice amenities throughout. We didn't get to take much advantage of the deck because of the weather, but that would have been great. We saw deer and quite a few birds, plus aspens starting to turn glorious yellow. We would definitely come back!

We loved our weeklong stay at this cabin. We enjoyed the convenient and quiet location. We appreciated the communication and the thoughtfulness from the host. We met family here and had a very refreshing week together and everyone commented on how the cabin exceeded our expectations. We would stay here again.

Peaceful stay among the golden aspens!

Forest Grove was a great place to kick back and relax for two couples! Everything was spacious, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the views from the wrap around deck and the first week of October was peak for the beautiful golden aspens. Enjoyed grilling on the gas grill. Hiking was wonderful on the local trails as we even ran into a bull elk and three cows on the trail. Deer were in the yard daily. And one evening, to our surprise, we saw two black bears near dusk as we drove on the roads a bit west of the cabin. Wildlife viewing near the golf course occurred every evening! Perfect spot!

Beautiful views and excellent location

Property is conveniently located to Angel Fire and all the activities and restaurants the city offers. Surrounded by incredible views. The cabin is large and comfortable

Over all we enjoyed the cabin, and were pleased that it was equipped with all the basic necessities. It was represented accurately and wished we could have stayed longer, even with the rainy weather.One thing does need to be addressed, being an unpleasant odor in the downstairs bedroom which we think could have come from the bedding (not the sheets). We were not able to pinpoint it. Other than that and the towel bar in the downstairs bathroom which we could not get to stay on the wall, we enjoyed the cabin. We would come back!

This is a frustrating review. We bend over backwards to be extremely responsive to any issues during a guest’s stay. We reach out to every guest the morning after their arrrival to make sure all is in order at the property and if not, we handle any isssues they have immediately. What’s frustrating about this review is that this guest identified 2 issues but never once reached out to us about them during his stay, so we had no opportunity to make it right. So he dealt with those issues his entire stay instead of reaching out to us and having us handle them. We can’t guarantee that a house will be perfect but we can guarantee excellent service and response times to deal with issues. All a guest has to do is let us know.

Home away from home

Great property, close to Angel Fire, Eagles Nest, Red River & Taos. Enjoyed our time on the front porch in the afternoon watching nature.

Great house; great neighborhood

We really enjoyed our stay in the house. The house is well cared for, and the management company was very responsive. We ended up extending our stay because of the weather, and they were great to work with.

The property was wonderful. Wonderful area with great views. Spacious and comfortable. Loved that there was wood for the fireplace for these chilly nights. Absolutely love the deck with plenty of comfortable seating available. Grill was wonderful for our steak night. Kitchen fully stocked for cooking.

Wonderful ski trip

We had a wonderful family ski trip. The cabin was very clean and had everything we needed. The view was amazing and the property management answered us immediately with any of our questions or concerns. I would highly recommend this property!

Beautiful!

This house is just beautiful. The views and the location is great, and the house is in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed, and everything was setup when we got there! Definitely would love to stay here again!

Highly recommended

The house was very well stocked with the essentials needed to cook meals and everything was pretty new. The property manager was easy to get ahold of and made check in and check out a breeze. We highly recommend this place or any other properties they have.

We own the house next door but sometimes need extra space so this was perfect. The living/dining space is large. The bedrooms are spacious as well. The communication was perfect as well. My family reported that the beds were firm. Some liked that, some didn't according to their personal preferences.

solitude and wildlife

We had just a wonderful stay at this lovely cabin. It was very clean with a wonderful deck. What a treat it was to go out early in the morning with a cup of coffee to rejoice in the forest smell and fresh air. We will return.

Isolation

The location was sited among several other cabins visible through the trees; however, I never saw another human in the neighborhood. The facility was well taken care of and had some provisions we were not expecting. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend the location as one well suited to getting away from urban locations.

Mountain Serenity

This was our fifth vacation and third house with Cheryl in Angel Fire and she once again showed why Mountain Serenity is the best. Minor issues are resolved quickly and communication is top notch. And Forest Grove is a quiet, clean property perfect for families with kids (though we didn’t have any).
