Cozy Snowbrook 4 BR Condo - Ski in - Ski out

Available for Columbus Day (Homecoming), Christmas Vacation (6 night min) Feburary break (6 night min) and MLK weekend (3 night min). Ski in -Ski out via the Snubber chair or take the shuttle. 4 bedroom, 3 bath condo with view of the mountain. Condo has a wood burning fireplace, washer/dryer, internet and cable TV, and pull out couch in the living room. Snowbrook's common building has a pool, 3 hot tubs, sauna and game room. There is also easy access to the outdoor center cross country trails.

Great ski

We had a great time at sugarloaf! Our place was very clean and a close walk to the snubber lift. Erika is quick to respond.

Great Stay at Sugarloaf

The property was as described and communications with the host were great! No complaints and I highly recommend this rental.

Perfect place for an extended family group

This Snowbrook Condo was a perfect place for my husband, daughter and husband and grandkids age 2 and 7 for a school vacation ski week. The primary bedroom on the first floor with bath was great for my husband and I and the second bedroom on the first was enjoyed by the 7 year old who also used it as a Lego room. Upstairs for daughter/ husband and the almost 3 year old. Access to the snubber lift was a huge plus, as was the pool and hot tub. We also used the resort shuttle to get to the ski area. Kitchen was well equipped and we cooked our meals in. Kitchen small but functional. The whole resort lost power for 8 hours due to high winds, and the fireplace, lots of wood, and many extra blankets helped us “weather” it out. Erika’s communication was outstanding. We loved our first family ski trip to Sugarloaf.

Everything you need

Greg was informative and easy to deal with. The condo had all the conveniences of home. We cooked all our meals foe 8 and the kitchen had everything we needed. Plenary of bedding, great fireplace, and easy access to the snubber lift . This way we could come back for lunch from the mountain. Very clean and overall great stay!

Great long weekend in January!

Everyone love the ski in ski out experience! There are some lovely hikes nearby, Shipyard Brewery on the mountain, and ability to have my pup join us capped it all off! The condo is well appointed and there’s plenty of parking. Also the downstairs neighbor is super friendly and helped with some car cleaning equipment after the 12 inches fell on Saturday. We all enjoyed the chance to get away during the COVID pandemic. Thanks again! Seamus

Great stay!

This condo was perfect for our vacation - everyone had space, it was clean, super easy to use (firewood right there, access to lifts easy, etc), and easy access into X-country and dog walking trails. We hope to return!

Great 4 BR condo for multiple family getaway

Lovely 4br condo, clean, good access with a walk to Snubber lift , great fireplace w plenty of firewood to enjoy those chilly nights. Owner was very accessible. Recommend!

This place was perfect!!

Clean, comfortable, relaxing and easy access to the lifts. Fun dog walking trail. A great selection of cooking tools, games and a wonderful wood fireplace. We will be back!!

Cozy Snowbrook Sugarloaf

The Cozy Snowbrook was exactly that. The Condo was exactly as described. The kitchen had everything you would need to prepare meals. Wood was fully stocked. Place was dated, but very clean and appropriate for a ski week. If I had one complaint it really is not a ski in/ski out location. We needed to walk 100yards to a lift to travel up to the main lifts. Same walk on the way home. If you don't mind the walk highly recommend.
