Just spent the weekend in this property and it was perfect for us and close to the event we were attending and to downtown. The home was very clean, well equipped, beds comfortable. Ample room to relax and visit in the living rooms. There was a barbecue on the premises(worked well) along with a lovely backyard with chairs and a fire pit (we did not use but there was lots of wood for a fire) Having the two parking spaces in the back were very convenient as the house is on a busy corner. The host, Sahib was excellent in communication when we had some minor issues and responded quickly. We would definitely stay at this property again.

Sahib was a fantastic host - very friendly with wonderful communication. He was quick to respond and very accommodating. The house has been nicely done and we felt very comfortable for our stay.

Very bad experience here; let me elaborate:1. A few days before our check-in date, I got a phone call from the property manager saying that the last guest decided to extend their stay, so I was offered either a refund or a new property next door. I chose the second one.2. For the new property, it was newly renovated, and the scent was strong! 3. There was no hair dryer in the house; the property manager said that in all of their properties, they didn't provide hair dryers.4. The shower in the basement didn't work; initially, there was limited hot water in all showers. The property manager did stop by quickly to solve the hot water issue.5. Also, there is no complete cookware in the house; for example, we didn't even find a pot to boil eggs. 6. The instructions said there was a black garbage bin at the rear of the property; we didn't find it either.In general, this BNB is significantly below market standards, and the property manager didn't respond to any of my questions and concerns after the hot water issue. I strongly discourage anyone from staying in this property.

Great place, the second time we have stayed. The walks were cleared of snow prior to our arrival. Communication with the host was great. Definitely recommend to stay.

Very clean. Well stocked bathrooms and kitchen. Beds were okay. Pillows were not good. And missing a set of sheets for the pull out couch.

Stay was great! Location is very central to many popular places in Edmonton. It was easy to navigate out to main roads to get to places like the West Edmonton Mall, Zoo, and downtown core. The two parking spots in the back driveway was convenient. The host was very communicative and checked in to make sure we got settled in at the beginning of our stay. The host doesn't require ridiculous cleaning when checking out like some other places, so that's an A in my books.

Lovely home!

While there is construction going on in Glenora at this time, that did not prevent us from having a lovely stay at this well-maintained bungalow! The house is really comfortable inside, and everything (toilet paper, towels, dishes, etc.) is well-stocked for your convenience. There is plenty of space. The owner is prompt in all replies, and very hospitable. We enjoyed our stay. Not to mention, Glenora is a beautiful historic neighborhood in Edmonton worthy of a walk through. You won't be disappointed!
The beautiful neighborhood. We loved the tall trees.
The living room is so comfortable and nicely decorated, perfect for relaxing in after a busy day.
The house and yard is well-maintained.

Glenora Bungalow

Older bungalow was comfortable, clean and well stocked- lots of choice of pots for cooking and spices/basics. Bathrooms are newer and clean. Floors were lovely original hardwood, lots of squeaks! Great communication with the host. Construction is occurring on the main road beside the bungalow but did not interfere with stay too much.

Comfort and Charm

This is a classic bungalow home with a mid century vibe. We had plenty of room for the 6 adults in our party. Everything was spotlessly clean. The home is also beautifully decorated. We appreciated the room to park two vehicles at the rear of the property. We loved our stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Property manager was responsive and helpful in our communications.

Glenora home

Wonderful house that has been updated. Nice bathrooms and 4 bedrooms. The living room was very comfortable too. Two bedrooms upstairs and two bedrooms downstairs. Downstairs has a very comfortable family room area. One bathroom up and one down. W PO old definitely stray here again. Great location.

Pretty okay

We arrived to the furance not working. The owner came off a little abrasive until the furnance was fixed but it made the group uncomfortable. Things were much better after. Communication was quicker over text versus app. Be aware of the construction in the area. Not bad just slightly annoying. House was clean and I liked the method for the code to the house.

Great place and great location

We had a great stay at this property. We were in town for two nights for a wedding with 9 guest ranging in age from 4-83. The house was accessible for my grandma and well equipped with everything we needed. Would recommend this house to anyone coming to Edmonton!

Was a good stay until the end.

The amenities list a hot tub which we thought was in addition to the jacuzzi but not the case. No big deal BUT we got charged 400$ for a missing door chime plugin which we definitely didn't remove from the property.

Hi Veronique, I’m deeply disappointed that you choose to leave us a negative review even thought you had a good stay with us. As hosts we are entitling to compensation when things go missing from our home. As I mentioned previously, we take pictures of the home prior to every guest checking in just so we can avoid these types of awkward situations, and the pictures clearly show the doorbell chime at the home prior to your arrival but missing after your checkout. I wish we could have solved this in an amicable way, but you did not respond to any of my messages until the missing item claim was made. Its in poor taste to first help yourself to items that don’t belong to you and then try to penalize the host by leaving a poor review. PS: the home is advertised as having a jacuzzi tub which is not the same thing as a hot tub.
