Good clean compact townhouse on edge of Parnell area in a mixed residential/ commercial area. Well placed for getting to Parnell, university area ( and K-road with a bit of a walk), and central / waterfront area.

Nice conveniently located, clean little flat a 15 minute walk to most downtown attractions and dining options. Host is great at communication and we appreciated the dining and other recommendations.

Great spot close to train and parking was also very easy. Close to shops and pub across the road for easy first/ last night dinners/ lunch. Property was clean and well equipped. No casting ability to tv but not major as we were out and about most of the time.

Lovely stay, apartment was lovely and clean, super comfy beds and furnishings would highly recommend! Location was great, walk to local Woolworths and waterfront, and perfect if you are travelling by train!

Great location, very easy to get to grocery stores and nearby shops. Kitchen was stocked with the basics for cooking. Would definitely recommend.

Great spot, perfect for our little concert getaway. Spark arenaa a short 10 min walk away, close to eateries. And a short drive to most tourist activities we wanted to do. Property was lovely and had everything we needed.Family of 3 adults 2 kids.

The host was amazing and very accommodating. The townhouse was clean and comfortable. It's small and the rooms can be a bit tight. The beds are very comfortable. We would stay again.

This was a lovely, clean, well appointed apartment nearby where we needed to be, and the host was an excellent communicator. There is a stairway across the street that connects to the shops in Parnell and many dining options. Despite being close to a fairly major thoroughfare, the unit was quiet.

Great location and host

We had a wonderful stay in Parnell at this location. Perfect for four adults, walking distance to everything we needed. The host was wonderful when there were some issues with the property and worked quickly to get them taken care of. Would highly recommend!!!

Clean, spacious, perfect location

We had one day/night in Auckland and this was perfectly located. New, fresh and clean this was great for our family of 6. Walking distance to great restaurants and the ferry to Waiheke for a day of wine tasting!

Great location, close to CBD; less than 10 minutes on the bus which picks up and drops off right outside. Great accommodations, would absolutely stay here again.

Great 4 day stay

Had a wonderful 4 night stay for an event we were attending.Check in process, location, cleanliness and facilities were all great. Highly reccomend.One small suggestion would be to upgrade the TV so that people are able to log in to their own streaming apps.

Property itself was good. Awesome location! Easy check-in & check-out process. However, can get a bit hot in rooms & pillows are not very comfortable. Parking was a bit hard for extra cars/ visitors. I will surely consider booking again & would recommend this accomodation to othwrs. Thank you.

Everything good shops close by just a few stains on bedding and lounge but overall excellent. But my husband would of like a scotch glass but that’s nothing really very happy with accommodation

Check in was a breeze. Debbie the host was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with. The location is half way between the beautiful waterfront and the upper Parnell neighborhood with lots of cool shops and restaurants. The property was clean and comfortable.
