Located below Villa 1, the newest unit of Christy's Villas, One mile east from the center of town , The compound sit on a buff in a quite neighborhood, very spacious and cozy, it has full kitchen, bathtub, balcony, ocean and mountain view, enclose/ secure parking for one car, a queen size bed in the main room and sofa bed were guest can have a separate sleeping area and can be sit up upon request.( as show in the photos).

Amazing stay and host was incredible!!!!

I can not even put into words the amazing stay I had. First we arrived later in the evening and she had prepared "Carne Asada" for us! Our view from the house was amazing! I loved watching these guys walking horses early in the morning to the beach.I felt very safe staying there with my wife and 2 daughters. We had wonderful stay. She recommended various local eateries and shops. Also gave us amazing food recommendation to "Kings and Queens cantina " in "Valle de Guadalupe " ! We saw so many amazing views and wineries. From the time we crossed into Mexico till the time we left it was an unforgettable experience!! Christy truly helped us navigate Rosarito and the surrounding cities like Tijuana and Ensenada. She really made us feel like family! The whole city made us feel like family!!!! This review barely scratches the surface to the amazing time we had. I could go on and on. Trust me I'm not the type to leave reviews usually. However, this was such an amazing experience. There was no way I couldn't!!

Great place!

Really enjoyed our stay. Christy is a great host and was always available to assist. Felt comfort knowing my car was inside the gates and was being monitored by cameras. Bed was comfortable and bathroom was clean and with toiletries stocked.

Very nice villa!

We had a quick overnight stay however really enjoyed our time there. The villa is very quaint and very well kept. It is a bit tricky to get to but nothing your GPS can't figure out. Would definitely stay here again!

Gracious hosts Christy and David were amazing.

Just returned from a week long stay at Villa #4. Accommodation were fabulous. Clean, stay and very roomy. Located less than five minutes away from the Rosarito Beach Hotel yet offered all amenities at a fraction of the price. There are 3 other villas available at this location. Security was very impressive. Welcome coffee noted in each villa. Villa 3 has a outdoor veranda perfect for sipping wine or enjoying your early morning coffee time. Can wait to visit Rosarito Beach again.

Just as it shows, Beautiful!!!!!

Out side is a little under welling and it 3mls from beach, but safe, clean and Christ is very welcoming. Will stay again!!!

This property is located in a quiet, safe residential area of Rosarito. Because it is on a high bluff overlooking the valley of Huahuatay the view to the ocean is beautiful and the sunsets from the units are spectacular!!

Safe, secure and affordable!
*We use water softener treatment for all out unit. You will feel the deferent between hard water and soft water when you shower. Enjoy !
*We also provide reverse osmosis drinking water to all our unit, please let us know if you need to replace your bottle.
*We also have a back up water system so please let us know right away if water pressure are low.
