Monarch @ The Shore - One Block to Free Beach & World Famous Boardwalk!

The Monarch at the Shore is a fabulous family vacation resort and is one of the premier destinations in Wildwood Crest. It is located one block from free beaches (that's right no beach passes required!) and one block to the start of the famous boardwalk. The Convention Center is a short 10 minute walk away where many events are held.

We rent to families or mature adults only (all must be over 25 years old). NO PROM GROUPS, SENIOR WEEK, HIGH SCHOOL, COLLEGE, OR SPRING BREAK RENTALS. NO EXCEPTIONS. THIS IS A FAMILY ORIENTED CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX

The condominium facility features:
- A large heated pool with Hot Tub and Kiddie Pool w/ chaise lounges and umbrellas to relax and unwind;
- ONE block walk to the World Famous Free Beach and Boardwalk;
- Two Lobbies with Elevators and Luggage Carts;
- Fitness room;
- Courtyard with “grill & chill” area for outdoor eating/grilling with four gas grills located near the pool;
- Bike racks;
- Outdoor Shower;
- Walking distance to beach, boardwalk, Convention Center, restaurants, miniature golf, Sunset Lake for fishing or jet skiing/kayaking/paddle boarding, parks with kids play areas;

Unit 108 is a 1200 square foot air conditioned unit located on the first floor that sleeps 6 comfortably with beach views from the veranda. The unit is family friendly and has all the amenities of home. It features a spacious personal outdoor veranda to enjoy those summer nights!

The unit is available for daily rentals with a 2 night minimum (3 night minimum from Memorial Day thru late June); Weekly rentals only starting Late June thru Labor Day. Weekly rentals are from Saturday to Saturday ONLY. Check-in time is 3:00 PM & checkout time is 10 AM. Sorry but no pets are allowed. Rentals to those 25 and older only please. Smoking is not permitted. Children are welcome and the unit is wheelchair accessible.

There is a mandatory $135 cleaning fee on rentals. This is what our cleaning team charges us and in return they leave the unit cleaned and sanitized including all critical touch points.

Unit amenities include:
- Full size kitchen with granite counter tops, full size fridge, dishwasher, gas stove/oven, microwave, disposer, appliances, dishes/utensils;
- Sleeping Accommodations: Master BR with 1 Queen, 2nd Bedroom has 2 Twin Beds, 1 Queen sofa bed in Family Room;
- 2 Full size bathrooms with tubs;
- Large Family Room area;
- Dining table with room for 6;
- Flat screen TVs w/ Comcast service in all rooms;
- Dedicated WIFI/Internet access;
- Washer and Dryer;
- Private wide deck with 2 full sliding glass door entry & plenty of outdoor seating;
- 2 off street personal Parking Spaces;
- Storage Closet which includes beach chairs, umbrella and beach cart;
- 9' ceilings w/ ceiling fans in each room

* Please note that linens & towels are not included. Most clients prefer to bring their own however there are several local companies that will provide this service for you should you choose. Contact us for more info or recommendation.

* Pools / Hot Tubs are open from Memorial Day weekend thru end of September.
