Our stay was perfect. The villa was just as advertised, very clean and spacious for our family of 5. The views were beautiful and perfect location. Orient Bay is easy to get to and lots of restaurants and of course beautiful beaches!! Check in was easy.

Alex was AMAZING to work with. The house was incredible. So clean and the views were INSANE! So very close to Orient Bay shops and restaurants and also very close to Grand Case. We have recommended this house to several friends. Thank you, Alex!

Another great stay in Saint Martin! The villa has amazing views and we loved hanging around the outdoor living space and pool. The villa is very clean and comfortable. We loved the ocean views from all the showers and enjoyed having a workout room on property. We look forward to a return visit!

Wonderful property within great community. Wonderful pool overlooking the bay. Great location right across from some of the best restaurants and beach on the island. Hope to stay again soon!

This is an awesome property perfect for 3 couples. We had plenty of space, great bedrooms and an awesome host. Alex is the best! It was clean and had everything we needed. Outstanding.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and views are wonderful. Very short distance to a lot of great restaurants. The host was great. He met us at check in and stopped by before we left.

I stay in the Villa Topaz was remarkable! The setting is absolutely stunning, the furnishings sublime… We felt like we were on a movie set! Everything we needed was there, and the location within walking to the village of Orient Bay made it one of the most memorable vacations we’ve ever had!

The house was clean and fresh. The pool was refreshing with a great view. Alex was great with handling any issues we may have had or questions. Highly recommend the house and the host. Very convenient to get down to the beach, we drove or walked.
