This was our fourth year staying in the Coach House. We absolutely love it. We had another wonderful stay at this property! The home was clean, comfortable, and just as described in the listing. The location was convenient, and the host was friendly and responsive throughout our stay. We are already looking forward to next summer and hoping to stay here again. We highly recommend this place.

Excellent location...proximity to beach with access to public restrooms. Appreciated that home was "pet friendly " and the amenities. Good communication with host.

My husband and I come to LBI for about 5 or 6 years now. This place was the best we stayed in! The house is charming, clean, cozy and very comfortable. The host was superb in her communications. She always responded to me within 15 minutes and had answers to my questions. We would love to come back next year.

This was our 2nd time staying here. It is a lovely location right next to the most peaceful beach spot in lbi. Best sunsets and big space for wiffle ball and shell searching. The owner is wonderful and very responsive and kind. The property is clean and also very peaceful. We love staying here!

Perfect beach get away

We had a great time! The perfect size for just two. My 2 favorite things: the deck (perfect for coffee/wine) and the close proximity to the beach! We will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay, beautiful location

My family and i had a wonderful stay. The location is perfect and relaxing. I love the beachy feel of the house. My son loved the rustic beach entrance. It was so natural and beautiful. Best sunsets on lbi. The host was lovely and available. We will definitely stay again!

South Beach Haven

Great for a quiet beach stay. The place has a very "beach cottage" feel that we love. The owner is great and easily reached if there are any questions or issues. This was our third summer at this rental and we intend to go back next year.

This was our third year staying here. This property is a classic NJ beach house. It's size is just right for a couple and we love the place. It's location is awesome and convenient to the beach. It's close enough to restaurants and shops too. The owner is responsive and helps if there's a question. The outside shower is amazing!

Great beach house

House was perfect for 2 people. Great location, close to beach and wildlife reserve. Nice porch and well stocked with bikes, beach chairs, etc. We also rented the larger front house for more family so was nice to have the bungalow for some quiet and relaxation.

Holgate Home

Lisa's property was in a perfect location. The ability to pair the stay in the cottage with my sister's stay in the main house was ideal for a family gathering. Lisa was very responsive to questions. We really enjoyed our stay.

Charming apartment, just as advertised. Great quiet neighborhood. Host was responsive & helpful. Perfect for 2 adults was tight for 4. Bonus of a washer & dryer, along with bikes and all needs for the beach, chairs, umbrellas, etc. The outdoor shower is fantastic!
