Top Level - Main Kitchen, Living Dining, Bathroom, Laundry, Outdoor Area and Two Bed Rooms - King Bedroom & Bunk Room with double bed on bottom, single on top, seperate single and trundle if you need it.



Self Contained Bottom Level (External Stair Access) - Pool Table, Seperate Lounge room with TV, Kitchenette, Bunk room (two single beds), Master with Ensuite and Bathroom with Double shower.

6. No "schoolies" bookings. Please adhere to this policy.

7. No bookings from groups under the age of 28.

8. Smoking is prohibited both inside and outside the property.

9. Only the number of guests specified in your booking can be on the property.

10. The maximum amount of guests allowed on the property at any time during the day or night is 10.

11. Parking is only permitted in designated areas on the property; no street or nature strip parking.

Great location for beach and town just a short walk to both.Spacious house plenty room for 2 families of 9 adults in total.

The house was very spacious and the amenities good too. The location to beach was walking distance and short drive to village. The upstairs deck was very inviting especially on those warm evenings. We used the fireplace as the weather was cooler. That created a coay ambience for the family to be together.
